2# Lemon smile

Lemon isn't the queen of vitamin C. Our grandmas made a mistake, when they have told this.
They weren't sure about what they say, but they known what they do. Tea with slice of a lemon or smoothie with soury juice. Does it sound familiar?  


This citrus have good source of beta-karoten, vitamins B,E, pottasium, iron, sodium and magnesium. The antibacterial feature help us fighting with winter illness. Lemon boosts process digestive, and clears body. Regularly ingestion are helpful for losing kilograms. Aroma of yellow fruit lessens headache, and treats sinus infection. Lemon juice is whitening teeth and prevents cavities. 

Glass of water with slice of lemon every morning refresh and wake up. Since when I have started drinks mixture I never get cold. Vitamins in lemon kill all bacterias that bring illness.

Lemon glazed cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour 
- 1/2 spoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup room temperature butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 170  degreess. In a bowl mixed together flour, lemon zest, baking soda and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat butter and sugar to fluffy texture. Add lemon juice, egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. With mixer on low mingle flour with mixture. Shape dough with tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake until edges are golden, 15- 20 minutes.  Prepared cookies spread with leomn glaze and let about 1 hour to eat.
