Smoothies under 150 calories.

Hello! Here I'm with recipes for best, tasty smoothies. You can make it easily without unnecesary effort. Thats drinks will wake you up. Try this absolutely!



CITRUS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
-  orange and lemon  (peeled and choped, seds removed)
- 4 spinach leaves
- 2 carrots (peeled and choped or grated)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 peach (peeled and chopped)
Making : Blend everything into good texture.

 

Per serving : 143 calories
4g protein, 2g fat, 30g carbohydrates, 6g fibre

CRANBERRY SMOTTHIE with GINGER
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cranberries ( fresh of frozen)
-  1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 cups coconut water
- handful ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Making: Blend all ingredients together.

Per serving: 102 calories
2g protein, 1g fat, 24g carbohydrates, 5g fiber


SPINACH-STRAWBERRY SMOTTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 cups packed chopped spinach
- honey ( to taste )
Making: In blender combine: water yogurt, banana, strawberries and honey. Blemd on high until smooth. Por into glasses and serve.


Per serving : 120 calories
5g protein, 2g fat, 25g carbohydrates, 4g fibre
