CITRUS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- orange and lemon (peeled and choped, seds removed)
- 4 spinach leaves
- 2 carrots (peeled and choped or grated)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 peach (peeled and chopped)
Making : Blend everything into good texture.
4g protein, 2g fat, 30g carbohydrates, 6g fibre
CRANBERRY SMOTTHIE with GINGER
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cranberries ( fresh of frozen)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 cups coconut water
- handful ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Making: Blend all ingredients together.
Per serving: 102 calories
2g protein, 1g fat, 24g carbohydrates, 5g fiber
SPINACH-STRAWBERRY SMOTTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 cups packed chopped spinach
- honey ( to taste )
Making: In blender combine: water yogurt, banana, strawberries and honey. Blemd on high until smooth. Por into glasses and serve.
Per serving : 120 calories
5g protein, 2g fat, 25g carbohydrates, 4g fibre
