Thailand part 2

Bangkok

What are you able to see in the capital city of Thailand?

 Main attractions are:

The Grand Royal Palace
This palace is about 218.000 m² big and this building is surrounded by a white wall, which length is about one thousand nine hundred meters. The Grand Royal Palace was an official resident of all kings in 1782-1946. On the territory of the Palace there is Wat Phra Kaeo, in this place there is a lot of Buddha's statues made out of gold, silver and stone. In the centre there's a huge Buddha (it weights seventy five kilograms). Temple's floor is silver, on the wall there are some interesting paintings.

Wat Pho is one of the biggest (80.000 m²) and oldest Buddha's temples in Bangkok. Inside there is the famous Buddha lying.

Bangkok's National Science Museum- this museum has six floors, all of the rooms are interesting and educational. There, you'll be able to get to know the history and culture of Thailand. One of the most interesting romms is the one with modern robots- a lot of them can speak and walk.

I think this city is interesting and exotic, there's a different culture and quite strange customs. However, it brings people from all over the world.
