Michael Malitowski and Joanna Leunis

Michal Malitowski and Joanna Leunis are the best dancers in our category. In the Professional Latin category they are at the first position in the world and first in England. They started dancing together in 2002 (October) as Professional Currently.  They are registered as a couple in England. They got together after Michał and Iwona Golczak split up in 2002 and Joanna and Louis Van Amstel split up in 2002. Now Iwona Golczak is my instructor. She's funny, crazy and helpful. She visited 'Astra' dance school one month ago. :) Michał and Joanna are very famous and a recognizable couple. Recently they were at Polish Championships in latin style and they danced during show time. It was excited and timeless spectacle. Not everyone knows that Michał is a judge on 'Dancing with the Stars' show on Polsat. I think that this way people will know a little more about ballroom dance. I'd like to be as professional as Joanna Leunis and Michal Malitowski one day.

I see fire

'I see fire' is a song promoting movie called 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug'. It was written and performed by Ed  Sheeran, a very talented, young artist from England. It appears during end credits for the film. 'I see fire' was released on the 5th of November 2013. 

Peter Jackson discovered Ed Sheeran in early 2013, thanks to his daughter. She told him Sheeran would write a good song for end credits and he should ask him to do so.  Man took her advice to his heart and decided to talk with an artist. 

After watching 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug', inspired writer immediately started writing and then recording this song. He also quickly learned how to play a violin. You can hear outcome yourself.

Music video for 'I see fire' shows just Ed Sheeran singing in a booth and short bits from the movie. It's not very creative or complicated, but I still think it's great. This is what Peter Jackson said about video: 'it was a great experience, and what you will see in this video are moments captured by our behind the scenes team during the creation of the song'.

peeling with coffee

Hello!

Today we make peeling with coffee. Our skin will be soft and we won't have a pimples.  Let's get started!

Ingredients:

*3 teaspoons of rough coffee

*3 teaspoons of cinnamon

*1 teaspoon of olive oil or yoghurt

First, mix all of the ingredients. Put the peeling on your face massage your skin. Then wait 20 minutes. After that, rinse your face.
That's it. It's a very easy recipe. 

Second recipe

Ingredients:
*coffee
*shower gel
*salt
*creme or balsam

Mix coffee and shower gel together. When peeling becomes thick, you know it's time to add some salt and creme or balsam. Mix everything again. In the shower we must massage our peeling in. Wait 1 minute and next rinse your body with water. Caffeine is really good for your body. Your skin will be soft and shiny. These ingredients are easy to find because you should have all of it in your house.

Ed Sheeran

Edward Christopher "Ed" Sheeran is 25 years old and he lives in London. He is a british vocalist, songwriter and producer. He can also play guitar. His music type is pop, folk and acoustic. He is an active singer since 2005. 

When he was a young boy he wrote his first songs. On the 29th of October 2011 anglo-irish boy band One Direction recorded song 'Little Things' written by Ed, who wrote at the age of 16. Since 2009 to 2011 he's made thirteen extended plays: The orange room, Ed Sheeran, Want some?, You Need Me, Loose Change, Songs I wrote with Amy, Live at the Bedford, No. 5 Collaborations Project, One Take EP, iTunes Festival: London 2011 Performance EP, Thank You EP, The Slumdon Bridge and iTunes Festival: London 2012 Performance EP. The last three he recorded in collaboration with the label Asylum/Atlantic Records. His single 'The A Team' debuted on the third place of the British charts and received an award called Ivor Novello Awards. His album '+' won status fourfold platinium disc. In 2012 Ed won two BRIT awards in categories Best artist and Best breakthrough performer. In 2013 Sheeran wrote and sang a song promoting film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. In 2014 he released a new album x and in August he went on tour.

Maybe okay will be our always

‘The Fault in Our Stars’ was directed by Josh Boone. Producers are Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen. Production company is Temple Hill Entertainment. The film is a romantic comedy. The film is based on ‘The Fault in Our Stars’, the books written by John Green. This movie was played in cinemas in 2014.

The film is telling a story of a sixteen year old Hazel Grace Lancaster (Shailene Woodley) who is having cancer. Her parents send her to a support group, where she meets Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort). The boy has an osteosarcoma. They spend a lot of time with each other and make new friends. As the time goes, the boy starts feeling something more towards Grace. Do they have any chances of the long-term relationship? Will they be healthy?

I think this film is realistic.  Everyday somebody hears that they are having  cancer. This movie shows that it is possible to be ill and happy. 

The Sims 4 for PC

The author of this game is Maxis. Publisher is Electronic Arts. Release date of The Sims 4 is 6 May 2014. This is fourth game of the series. This is a simulator game.

The first part of this game is to create family. When you make a person, you have to choose character, looks, name and surname of your Sim. Next you can make them family so they can live with them. They can also live alone. Later you build new house for your family. The Sims 4 doesn't have any goals. The player must organize sims' free time and help them reach personal goals. Sims must work, make money, pay bills and do other housework. 

This game teach us about organizing an everyday life. This game has better graphics than The Sims 3. This is my second favourite game.

Tomb Raider for PC

The authors of this game are Core Design and Crystal Dynamic. Publishers are Square Enix and Edios Interactive. This is the next game of series called 'Tomb Raider'. First game of these series appeared in 1997. This is an adventure game.

Main character of Tomb Raider is Lara Croft (british archaeologist). This game shows teenage years of Lara Croft. Game starts in a crashed ship near Japan. Lara lives in difficult conditions. There are hurricanes, avalanches and enemies. She must be like Bear Grylls, really strong. The goal of Tomb Raider is to survive.

This game has beautiful graphics and audios. This is my first favourite game for PC.

Troels Bager and Ina Jeliazkova

Troels Bager and Ina Jeliazkova are the best dancers in WDC World amateur latin championships. They're from Denmark. They started dancing together in 2006 (March) as Youth Currently. They are registered as a couple in Denmark. They dance in Amatour. I'm excited and fascinated when I watch them dance. Ina is really elegant and beautiful when she dances, but without make-up she isn't so pretty. Troels is confident and manly. They are both very muscular. Together they look nicely. Their first dance together has taken place in Poland on 'Tropicana Cup 2006' in Amateur Rising Star Latin category. They have many sponsors, including: Ray Rose (dance shoes), Swarovski (crystals which adorn dresses), Ottante (tanning products for dancers) and Crystal Zone. Sponsors make dancers' lifes easier, because dancing is a very expensive sport and it's difficult to pay for everything yourself. I would like to be sponsored by Swarovski, Supadance or anyone in general.

Manga - Vampire Knight

The author of  "Vampire Knight" is Hino Matsuri. It was published by Hakusensha and in Poland by Waneko. It's shojo genre - designed for girls; romantic. Manga has 12 tomes. The first tome was published in January 2010 and the last in February 2014.

The story is about Yuki Cross, Zero Kiryu and Kaname Kuran. Yuki and Zero are the guardians of the Academy founded by her father. Kaien Cross by creating the Academy believed that humans and vampires can live together, so Yuki and Zero have to protect this secret. The dorm is divided into day and night. Normal people learn there for the day and vampires at night. Class night is  admired by the girls from the daily dorm. Although they can’t approach them without guards.

An elite school, wonderful students and many secrets to discover ... What more could you want?

This is one of my first manga that I came across. I encourage you to read it and watch the two series of the anime "Vampie Knight" and "Vampire Knight Guilty". Very good storyline, typical shojo genre. Many Scientific Basis of Management actions that extend through the 19 tomes.

Reebok IDA World DJ Championships

Grubson is one of the most popular rappers in Poland. His third album 'Coś więcej niż muzyka' reached the second place on the OLiS and got platinum status disc. Another album reached the first place on the
 OLiS.

This year Grubson performed a song promoting Reebok IDA World DJ Championships. Name of the song is 'Nie ma didżeja, nie ma imprezy'. In previous years  Fisz, Sokół, Foreigin Beggars and Rega Twins have already preformed promoting songs. Champions IDA- DJ Vekked from Canada, duo Steve Nash & DJ Funktion from Poland and DJ IQ from USA also take part in the clip. World Champion DMC DJ Fong Fong from France and Benelux Champion DJ Irie from Netherlands have also helped them. Video promotes Reebok Pump World Championships in December in Krakow.

                       

In my opinion this song is cool. I would like to go to his concert, but my parents won't allow me. :(

Yellow Flicker Beat

'Yellow Flicker Beat' is a track that promotes the movie called 'The Hunger Games. Mockingjay- Part 1'. The song was written by Lorde and Joel Little.

You may recognize Lorde because of her hit single 'Royals', which you can find on her debut album called 'Pure Heroin'. She is an young artist from New Zealand and has achieved more than most 17-year-olds. She is on the 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014 list.

'Yellow Flicker Beat' is already available on Itunes. Obviously, you can also buy it in the shops like Empik etc. Single gives us a taste of what the most expected soundtrack this year will sound like. Lorde wrote all the songs for this movie. The track was produced by Grammy Paul. It's about Katniss, one of the characters from the movie. 

In my opinion, the song is catchy and I like it. It has really good reviews written by critics, too.

Arrow was made by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg. Arrow is a TV series based on 'Green Arrow'- the comics books by DC Comics. The first episode was published on the 10th of October 2012 on The CW Television Network canal. In Poland it’s possible to watch it on the Universal Channel and TV Puls.

The story follows Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) who is a missing person. He's a millionaire. After 5 years he’s  found starving and he’s getting back home. 'He was dead in the shipwreck.' people said. On an island he became responsible. He is trying to find who he really is and he’s trying to have better contact with his family and friends. He decided to save his city. He started killing people who acted badly. Will people get to know the truth?

In my opinion these series are awesome. There are very good special effects and the acting of actors is great. 

natural mask for face with sugar

Hello!

Today I'm gonna show you how to make a natural mask with sugar. This mask is very easy and very effective. Ok, let's get started!

Ingredients:

* 1 teaspoon of sugar

* 1 teaspoon of olive oil

* 1 teaspoon of honey

First, I mix all of the ingredients together. Then I put the mask on my face. I wait 15 minutes. Next I flush my face. Your skin after this will be soft and radiating. If you don't wait 15 minutes, your skin won't be that soft. You may use salt instead of sugar.

Second recipe

Ingredients:

*one teaspoon of sugar

*one teaspoon of hot water

First we pour sugar in a mug or a bowl and add hot water to it. We must mix these ingredients together. Then it becomes a fluid. Next we put this mask on our faces. You should rub it into your skin rather than pat. We must massage our face. You shouldn't put the mask on our eyes! Then we wait 2 to 3 minutes. We wash our face with hot water, next with cold water (cold water close pores). When our skins are dry, we put on face cream that we would normally use. If your skin is sensitive you must test this mask before using it.

Anime - Tokyo Ghoul

The author of Tokyo Ghoul is Sui Ishida. It was published by Shue Ishida in magazine “Weekly Young Jump”. This type of anime is called sein  and it was created to devote youth people. Anime was directed by Sunhei Morita and written by Chuji Mikasano. The first episode was published on the 4th of July and the last on the 18th of September. This serial has 12 episodes.

The plot follows Ken Kaneki who is a student collage. One day he met a beautiful girl named Rize Kamishiro. He went with her on a date. In the evening he wanted to come back home, but was attacked by her. Rize is a ghoul, who eats human meat. While fighting an accident, girl died. Boy was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The doctor decided to transplant Rize’s organs into Ken. After he woke up he was confused and tired. He didn’t have appetite at all. Everything he ate tasted hideous to him. Boy started freaking because he was so hungry he couldn't stand it. Kaneki became one-eyed ghoul. He didn’t want  to kill people, because he wants to keep his humanity.

I think this  anime is recommendable. Serial has a well developed storyline and graphics. Some may discourage it by drastic scene. Although I think that this movie will interest you, and will be one of your favorites.

UK part2

What are you able to see in the capital UK?

 Main attractions are:

Palace of Westminster- this is next to the River Thames. It is a large building and it makes amazing first impression in real life. The most famous part of the palace is 'Big Ben'.

Buckingham Palace- the largest in the World Royal Palace. In front of the palace Queen Hedwiga’s monument is situated.

Tate Modern- National Museum of contemporary art

Madame Tussaud London- it's a museum full of wax figures of celebrities.You can see really amazing wax stars here. Pablo Picasso, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt,

Leonardo DiCaprio, Sherlock Holmes, Beyonce,

The Beatles, Iron man and many, many more.

If you go to that museum you’ll probably find and see yours idols wax figures.

London Eye- great place, but if you're scared of heights, then that's not for you.

                                                                   

I think there's a lot of attraction in London 

and if you're ever here, I suggest you spend your time visiting these places.

The head state of the UK is Queen Elizabeth II. Its capital city is London, an important global city and second-largest urban area in Europe. In the UK there is a lot of very good universities like  University of Oxford, University College London, King’s College.

A lot of scientists, inventors, Nobel Prize laureates, writers, actors are from UK.
