20th-23rd May PBE changes [6.11 cycle]

Hello guys! In this post we will take a closer look for some smaller changes that will come with the next patch. Remember, tommorow it will be released! So let's start.

• Even more, 15 new summoner icons has been added due to a summer split LCS 2016. Machi team icon has been slightly updated with their new logo. 
  
  
  
• Ekko changes: re-added 2-3s slow by 30/40/50/60%. Also lock out on the same target increased to 6s from 3s.
  
• Anivia's ultimate now drains 40/50/60 mana per second instead of 30/45/60 mana per second.
  
• Illaoi many changes, generally in tooltips. Now all her tentacle hits are called Lash
  
• Kindred now increases Q's damage by 5 per every stack of passive. Now passive also hunts Dragon, Red and Blue buff.
  
• Vel'Koz again applies a stack every 0.7s of standing in his ultimate.
  
• And many more..
