3 equipments to build a Home Gym

Most of us don't have too much time for a workout in sports centre. This takes up about 1 hour to get into building and  come back to flat. In the tweentiethfirst century we live fast to save a moment for children, family or friends. My tips for shaping your bodies in your own room will help you. You'll spend time in comfortable place. No one looks at you how much did you sweat, and laughs if you do exercise wrong. I'm going to show you three essentials to build at home gym.  


1. Resistance bands (in diffrent level of strech).
I hope that this equipment is not a suprise for you. With bands you can make your legs and butt bigger and stronger. Low intensity ones are great for the first time. Medium intensity bands we use to do exercise with arms and shoulders. The high intensity is for bottom part: calves and thighs.

2. Jump rope.
It's sound  little bit funny and suprising,but jump rope can help you lose kilograms.
15 minutes workout is increasing your heart race quickly and makes arms skinniest.
If you don't like cardio workouts, don't push yourself too much. Jump just for few minutues but don't do in home if you have unpleasant downstairs neighbors.

3.Kettlebell
This is not a very popular equipment. Women are scared of workouts with weights. They don't like to build massive legs. I have no idea why this myth exists. Traing with kettlebell is a proper thing for squats and deadlifts.
