The last post

Hi guys!
This is the last day, the last post I wrote to you. A few months ago I decided to start blogging in foregin language about healthy lifesty and nutrition. I knew that it won't be easy to publish interesting informations in every week. However now you 're reading my valedictory short message. Let's sum up together what we learnt during this time.
