Popular Diets

There are many weight loss diets out there. Some focus on restructing calories other on reducing appetite. There isn't a ideal recipe for skinny, strong body. Every of this ideas has different influence for our mood. Unfortunetly there are only a few diets which will be useful.

1. The Dukan Diet
The theory of this diet is eating proteins in definite days. All measures are divide to 4 parts.
I Part-Attack : It last 5 days, You can eat only proteins from the list of 72 allowable products.
II Part-Cruise : You do everything just like in I Part, but with a small change ( you can eat vegetables)
III Part-Consolidation :  You depart from 2 meals in a week which are full of protein food. You can eat whatever you want.
IV Part- Stabilisation

: You should keep strict protein meals in the given day. 
This dr Dukan diet can help you lose 15 kilograms in 3 months without exhaustion and feeling hungry.

2.The Gluten-Free Diet
People use this diet when they struggle with food allergy or coeliac syndrome. For them a small dose of gluten can be a danger. 
Establishment of this diet is eating Gluten-Free Foods. Wheat, rye, barley and oats are completly illicit. Instead this plants the diet allow eating natural grains, for example (rice, corn, millet, buckwheat).
Now in shops we can find lots of products Gluten-Free, companies print special sign on label or packet. Below I add foto of this logo.



To sum up the main reason why people is on the diet is want to be in a good body shape. However the Gluten-Free Diet was made for food intolerance.
