Dinner inspired by Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver is a famous British cooker. This post I made to show you how to cook professionally, healthy and tasty meals just like him.

                                                                 Pork meatballs

Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh mint
450g pork fillet
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
50g porridge oats
olive oil
2 : red onions, apples
100g watercress
2 tablespoons flour
4 wholemeal buns
30g cheedar cheese
1x 400g of cannellini beans

Preheat oven to 200°C.  Pick the mint leaves and put half into food processor, popping the rest into cup of cold water for later. Drain the beans, chop the pork and add everything into food processor with the oats, 1 tablespoon of mustard and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Mix everything with hands to chunky texture. Then roll it into long sausage and chop to small pieces. To start you gravy, put 1 tablespoons of olive oil into pan and add four balls, breaking them up with a wooden spoon. Peel and quarter the onions, break apart into petals and add to the pan. Cut the apples into wedges and add into gray, stir well. Cook everything for 5 minutes, stir the remaining tablespoon of mustard and flour in mixture. Boil it 2 minutes. Plop the remaining balls evenly, then transfer pan into oven for 20-25 minutes or until the sauce are gold. Cut buns into half, take the pan out of oven. Grate the cheedar on the top of gravy. Serve meatballs on the plate with buns, mint leaves, watercress.

Your Maggie
