Ravioli


INGREDIENTS

  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 box of ravioli
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce


DIRECTIONS

Pour olive oil into a large frying pan and heat it to 180 Celsius degrees.
Meanwhile put the buttermilk and the breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dip ravioli in buttermilk to coat it completely. Allow the excess of buttermilk to drip back into the bowl. Dredge ravioli in the breadcrumbs. Place the ravioli on a baking sheet.

When the oil is hot, fry the ravioli until it's golden brown, so for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle ravioli with Parmesan and serve with a bowl of warm marinara sauce.
