Before his career in volleyball in the hall playing beach volleyball. with Zbigniew Bartman won 1st place in the European Championships and the second position in the World Championship.
His career in the Polish Volleyball started in the team 'Joker Pila'. In the season2005/2006 he made his debut in the competition, taking part in 16 meetings. Then there was the player of PZU AZS Olsztyn. In the 2007/2008 season he played in the first league 'KS-e Poznan'.

Good performances in the Memorial of Hubert Jerzy Wagner in 2009 with senior Polish B resulted in a move to Italian club occurring in Serie A2 Volley Padova. Then he returned to league Polish: in the 2010/2011 season he played in AZS Warsaw University and then at the Coal Yastrzhembsky, where he won his most successful club. Since the season 2014/2015 is the club's player of the Turkish Halkbank Ankara.
Dziku has very positive attitude to life and he has brave heart.
