1. Banana and cinnamon porrigde.
Components:
- Rolled oats
- Milk
- 2 banans
- Flacked almonds
- Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2. Black rice pudding.
Components:
- Black rice
- Mango
- Lime
- 1 tablespoon blanched hazlenuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- Banana
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 2 wrinkly pasiion fruit
3. Breakfast couscous.
Components:
- Couscous
- Rasins
- Flacked almonds
- Pine nuts
- Shelled pistachios
- 2-3 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 orange
- Skimmed milk
