Ingredients:
- 1 mug of frozen berrys
- 1 mug of unsweetened almond milk
- 6 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 small hanful of porrigde oats
- 1 table spoom mixed seeds

2. Simple houmous
Ingredients:
- 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
- 1 small clove od garlic
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil

3. Fruity frozen yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 400g of mangos, plums, pears
- runny honey, to taste
- 500g natural yogurt
- 150g raspberries
