Maybe you don't know how extremely works normal water with lemon. Especially if this's hot water, which boost stomach works. You don't have to spend a lot of money to improve skin state or be healthy. You just need one homemade hack, which is water with lemon.
So how is it works?
1. Helps dispose of toxins from the body.
2. Works as a natural diuretic.
3. Balance pH.
4. Relieves nausea.
5. Helps in digestion.
6. Works well on skin, firm skin up and eliminate discoloration.
7. It's excellent for weight loss.
8. Helps boost energy.

Dinner!

Hi everyone! In this post I'll give you three absolutely different ideas for a excellent dinner so everyone will find something!!

1. At fist will be something light. Pumpkin and ginger soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 kg pumpkin
  • 2 shallouts
  • 75g ginger
  • Mint
  • Olive oil
  • 1 litre organic vegetable stock
  • Hlaf tablespoon chilli powder 
  • 1 lime
I really recommend this, its easy to make but its hard to stop eating it haha.

2. Now my favourite!! Summer veg lasagne.
Ingredients: 
  • 1 bunch of  onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Asparagus
  • Frozen peas
  • Frozen broad beans
  • Bunch of fresh mint
  • Single cream
  • Lemon
  • 2 tubs of cottage cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil 
Its not to easy to make but its yummy so much.

3. Now something for corpse-eaters haha.. A black bean burger.
Ingredients:
  • Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh red chilli
  • Spring onions
  • 1x400kg tin black beans
  • Fresh breadcrumbs 
  • Lemon
  • Tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • Baby kale
  • Olive oli
  • 1 ripe beef 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Buns
  • Tomato
Its perfect for dinner with friends!

Breakfast!

Hi everyone, today I'll give you some good ideas for a healthy and yummy beakfast. For firt you have to remember that if you want to your body worked well you have to eat regullar and healthy!

I'll give you three ideas:
1. Banana and cinnamon porrigde.
Components:                                              

  • Rolled oats
  • Milk
  • 2 banans
  • Flacked almonds
  • Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds  
I guarantee you will be full!! You will make it in just 15 min and It's super easy.
2. Black rice pudding.
Components:

  • Black rice
  • Mango
  • Lime
  • 1 tablespoon blanched hazlenuts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Banana
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 wrinkly pasiion fruit
It's not to tricky, the time is little longer than in the firt but it's worth it!!!
3. Breakfast couscous.
Components:

  • Couscous
  • Rasins
  • Flacked almonds
  • Pine nuts
  • Shelled pistachios
  • 2-3 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 orange
  • Skimmed milk
Just 20 min and your in heven, i swear....
