My last post.


Hi everyone!
This is my last post here, i really enjoyed writing on this blog and I hope you enjoyed my posts and you likes them. I’m glad I could show all of you my yummy recipes. I hope you at least once used my recipes.

Remember that cooking should be fun and the food should be nice and taste nice. I hope you’ll not forget about my recipes and use them in the future.

While I was writing my blog I definitely improved my English language and skills also I discovered some recipes. It was a very fun time here.



I really hope you all liked my posts and thank you all for being with me :).

Fish

Hi, in this post I’ll show you three ideas to make fish. I hope you’ll like it:)

1. Crispy sea bass

Ingredients

  • 4 spring onions 
  • ½ a bunch of fresh coriander , (15g) 
  • 2 x 300 whole sea bass , scaled, gutted, trimmed, from sustainable sources 
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste 
  • 1 lime




2. Fish cakes

Ingredients

  • 500 g skinless cod, haddock or pollock fillets, from sustainable sources 
  • 1 large Maris Piper (250g) 
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour 
  • olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons mixed fresh green herbs, such as dill, chives or parsley 
  • 200 ml mayonnaise , made using free-range eggs


3. Fish cakes 

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato , (250g) 
  • 250 g white fish or salmon from sustainable sources , skin off and pin-boned 
  • 500 ml milk 
  • 100 g frozen peas 
  • 2 large free-range eggs 
  • 1 lemon , optional 
  • 100 g oats or Ryvita crackers 
  • olive oil

Snacks

Hi now I’m going to show you some ideas for healthy snacks.

1. Simple hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g tin of chickpeas 
  • 1 small clove of garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon tahini 
  • 1 lemon 
  • extra virgin olive oil


2. Broad bean dip

Ingredients

  • 300 g broad beans (podded weight) 
  • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche 
  • ½ a lemon 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill 
  • flatbreads, pitta bread or chunky bread


3. Backed sole goujons

Ingredients

  • olive oil 
  • 450 g lemon sole fillets , skinned, from sustainable sources 
  • 50 g plain flour 
  • 2 large free-range eggs 
  • 1 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika 
  • 2 large handfuls breadcrumbs

Hello everyone in this post I’ll show you recipes for soups:)!

1.sour chicken broth

Ingredients:

  • 2 shallots 
  • 3 sticks of lemongrass 
  • 5 cm ginger 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1-2 fresh red chillies 
  • ½ a bunch of fresh coriander , (15g) 
  • 1 bunch of spring onions 
  • 2 free-range chicken breasts 
  • groundnut oil 
  • 1.75 litres light organic chicken or vegetable stock

1.Hazelnut Madeleine

Ingredients

  • 185 g unsalted butter 
  • 60 ml double cream 
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey 
  • 4 large free-range eggs 
  • 150 g caster sugar 
  • 20 g demerara sugar 
  • 185 g plain flour 
  • 80 g ground hazelnuts 
  • 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder 
FRANGELICO CREAM 
  • 400 g double cream
  • 60 g icing sugar 
  • 1 vanilla pod 
  • 75 ml Frangelico , or other hazelnut liqueur


2. Chocolate ale marshmallows 

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil , for greasing

Eggs!

Hi, today I'm going to show some brilliant recipes for eggs!

1.Mexican baked eggs

Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ a lime
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh coriander




2.Silky masala eggs

ingredients:

  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 fresh red or green chilli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ a bunch of fresh coriander
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 4 wholemeal chapatis
  • olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 6 large free-range eggs

3.Grilled asparagus & poached egg on toast

Ingredients

  • 2 large slices of good sourdough bread
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 spears of asparagus
  • ½ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint

Pasta!

Hi! This day I’ll give you some yummy recipes for pasta!

1. Amazing ravioli. 

Ingredients:

  1. Half Royal pasta dough
  2. fine semolina , for dusting
FILLING 
  1. 1 radicchio , or 2 red chicory (150g in total) 
  2. 1 large red onion 
  3. 80 ml balsamic vingar 
  4. olive oil 
  5. 1 bunch of fresh thyme , (30g) 
  6. 300 g Maris Piper potatoes 
  7. 50 g Parmesan cheese , plus extra to serve 
  8. 100 g fontina cheese 
  9. 75 g blanched hazelnuts
  10. 40 g unsalted butter
  11. extra virgin olive oi

2. Potato gnocchi 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg floury potatoes , such as Maris Piper, King Edward 
  2. 100 g Tipo 00 flour , plus extra for dusting 
  3. 1 whole nutmeg , for grating

  4. 150 g fine cornmeal 
  5. 150 g ground almonds 
  6. ½ teaspoon baking powder

Tart!

Hi!:) In this post I will give you few yummy ideas for a tart.

1.Simple chocolate tart

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 2 level tablespoons caster sugar
  • 400 g quality dark chocolate , (70%)
  • 90 g unsalted butter , at room temperature
  • 100 ml milk
  • tart shell , baked blind
  • quality cocoa powder , for dusting

2.Toffee apple tart

Ingredients:

SHORTCRUST PASTRY
  •  vanilla pod , (optional)
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g ici1ng sugar
  • 250 g plain flour
  • ½ a lemon
  • 2 large free-range egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
FILLING
  • 2 x 397 g tins of condensed milk , or 2 jars of Merchant Gourmet Dulce de Leche toffee
  • 4 medium cooking apples
  • 2 heaped tablespoons icing sugar

3.Bakewell tart

Ingredients

  • 1 x shortcrust pastry recipe
FRANGIPANE
  • 350 g blanched whole almonds
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 3 large free-range eggs
  • 6 tablespoons quality strawberry jam
  • 1 handful of blanched flaked almonds
  • 500 g crème fraîche , or natural yoghurt (optional)

1.Fantastic fish pie

Ingredients:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • olive oil
  • 250 ml double cream
  • mature Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 heaped teaspoon English mustard
  • 1 large handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 450 g haddock , or cod fillet, skin off, pin-boned, from sustainable sources


2.Smocked trout, horseradish and new potato salad
Ingredients:
  • 800 g new potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons crème fraîche , or soured cream
  • 2 lemons
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 heaped tablespoons fresh horseradish , or jarred horseradish
  • 1 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley , (30g)
  • ½ a bunch of fresh chives

1. Glass biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1 clementine
  • 100 g unsalted butter , (cold)
  • 180 g plain flour
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • half teaspon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoons milk
  • 12 coloured fruity boiled sweets



2. White chocolate & cranberry cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 85 g icing sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod , or ½ teaspoon vanilla paste, optional
  • 100 g self-raising flour
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 50 g white chocolate , roughly chopped
  • 50 g cranberries , (fresh, defrosted or rehydrated)


3. Jools’ easy oaty fruit cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g spelt or wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
  • half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 250 g porridge oats
  • 100 g raisins, sultanas or whichever dried fruit you like
  • 25 g mixed seeds , such as pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed, sesame

1. Bombay omelette
Ingredients:
  • half a red onion
  • 2 small vine tomatoes
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • half teaspoon ground turmeric
  • half teaspoon garam masala
  • half teaspoon ground cumin
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • half a lemon
  • 2 knobs of butter
2. Easy crumpet
Ingredients:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 300 g strong white flour
  • half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • vegetable oil , for greasing
HOMEMADE BUTTER
  • 350 ml double cream


3. Salmon toasts 
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon
  • 70 g radishes
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 12-16 slices of crispbread or thinly sliced and toasted rye bread
  • 200 g smoked salmon , from sustainable sources
  • half a punnet of cress
  • 1 handful of vein sorrel or other colourful baby leaves

Desserts!!

Hi, Today I'll show you some extra simple desserts.

1.Watermelon granita

Ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon , (1.8kg) 
  • 60 g stem ginger in syrup 
  • 2 limes 
  • half  a bunch of fresh mint , (15g) 
  • 8 tablespoons natural yoghurt

2.Apple & date pie 

Ingredients:
PASTRY
  • 140 g unsalted butter , (cold)
  • 275 g plain flour , plus extra for dusting
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 large free-range egg yolk
FILLING
  • 3 bramley apples
  • 6 braeburn apples
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 4 tablespoons soft light muscovado sugar
  • half teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
GLAZE
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon demerara sugar , plus extra for sprinkling


3.Lemon sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 150 g caster sugar 
  • 8 unwaxed lemons (should give you about 300ml juice)

Hello, in this I'll show you some ideas for fish.

1.Crazy simple fich pie
Ingredients:
  • 400 g undyed smoked haddock , skin off, from sustainable sources
  • 2 bunches of spring onions
  • 250 g baby spinach
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 4 sheets of filo pastry


2.Crispy skin lemon sole 
Ingredients:
  • ½ x 280 g jar of artichoke hearts in oil
  • 2 mixed-colour courgettes
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint , (30g)
  • 2 x 200 g sides of flat white fish , such as lemon sole, skin on, scaled, from sustainable sources
  • 1-2 fresh mixed-colour chillies



3.Smoky chorizo salmon
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150 g salmon fillets , skin on, scaled, pin-boned, from sustainable sources
  • 300 g ripe mixed-colour cherry tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 8 black olives , (stone in)
  • 30 g higher-welfare chorizo

  • 8 ripe figs
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
