Melissa



Melissa is know as tranquilliser. But it has medical properties and beauty. So today I'm going to tell you all about melissa and how you can use it.
WHAT IS IT?
Melissa is a genus of perennial herbs in the Lamiaceae. The name melissa is derived from the Greek word mélissa meaning honeybee. You can use it in form plant or you can drink it in tea.
HOW IS IT USE?
IN TEA: works as a tranquilliser, ease digestion and boost appetite, decrease intensity of cholesterol in blood-in other words prevent sclerosis, moderate period pains, helps in concentration and memory.
OTHER WAY:-melissa leaves has works antibacterial. This is reason why you can use it on herpes.
                        -melissa moderate after effects of bee bite or other insects
                        -melissa could be addition to meal
                       -melissa rinse to hair could be use by people with superfatted hair or expulsive state of head                                                                                                          

Besides that information I prepared for you recipe on MELISSA INFUSION:
2 tablespoon fresh leaves of melissa or 1 tablespoon of dry crumble leaves of melissa. Flood that of hot water and brew that tea for 15 minutes. To decent results you should drink 1-2 glass of brew.
