Snack!!

Hi! Today I'll show you quick and easy snack you can make for you and your friends!

1.Super smoothies.
Ingredients:
For the green smoothie:

  • 1 banana 
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 250ml apple juice 
  • 1 lime 
For the purple smoothie:

  • 2 pears 
  • 150g frozen blueberries
  • 100ml fresh apple juice

For the orange smoothie:

  • Ginger
  • 1 carrot 
  • 200g frozen mango
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 1 lime
For the white smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 200ml milk
  • Honey, for taste
Four fruity combos, healthy and delicious!!


2.Classic tomato salsa.
Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe tomatoes 
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • Onion
  • 2 green chillies 
  • 1 large clove of garlic 
  • 1 lime
It's great with chips, the best for party's.

3.Mango lassi
Ingredients: 

  • 6 green cardamom pods
  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 500g natural yogurt 
  • ice cubes
  • runny honey
It's really nice for lazy days for some energy!
