- 4 tablespoons granola
- 2 tablespoons unsalted pistachio nuts

2.Mini super-fruit wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 satsuma
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 teaspoon quality cocoa powder
- Natural yogurt
- Ripe banana
- 1 handful fresh berries
- Mixed toasted seeds
3.One-cup pancakes with blueberries.
ingredients:
- 1 large free-range egg
- 1 cup of self-raising flour
- 1 cup of milk
- Blueberries
- Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
