Today I'm going to write a recipe for bulgur groats with vegetable - bulgur pilavi.
Ingredients :
- one glass of bulgur groats
- one big pepper
- one onion
- two medium tomatoes
- two table spoonfuls of olive oli
- half of a spoonful of butter
- salt and pepper
Directions :
1. Cut the onion and the pepper into cubes
2. Warm up the olive oli and butter in the pot
3. Add the onion and the pepper
4. Peel the tomatoes and chop them, then add them to the pot, mix and season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour cold water to the pot and warm it up
6. Add bulgur groats to boiling water
7. Simmer until the water will be absabed
8. Serve warm
