The action takes place in the district of Tokyo called Ikebukuro, in which there are a lot of multi-colored gangs. At the
beginning of the story we get to know an ordinary boy named Ryuugamine Mikado. It
Introduces us to the events that happened in his life. Ikebukuro is
also known by the "Sleepy Hollow" - Dullahan, who rides a black
motorcycle without lights on it, and the motor makes noises like a wild horse.
This anime is very funny and not once I have laughed with tears streaming down my face while reading it. There are a couple of heroes that Shizuo and Izaya terribly
hate, what is the effect of some comic situations.
