Snacks!!

Hello, in this post I’ll give you few ideas for yummy snacks!

1.Beetroot crisps with coriander houmous
Ingredients
  • 250 g large beetroot 
  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme 
  • olive oil 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas 
  • 50 g coriander leaves 
  • 2 tablespoons tahini 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 1 tesapoon smoked paprika 
  • extra virgin olive oil






2. Tuna & caper butter
Ingredients:
  • 2 anchovies, from sustainable sources 
  • 1 teaspoon capers 
  • 2 x 185 g tins of tuna in olive oil 
  • 210 g butter

3. Backed sole goujons
Ingredients:

  • olive oil 
  • 450 g lemon sole fillets , skinned, from sustainable sources 
  • 50 g plain flour 
  • 2 large free-range eggs 
  • 1 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika 
  • 2 large handfuls breadcrumbs
