Ready for spring! #3

Polka dots are a timeless classic, so there is no surprise that they are back in spring/summer 2018. Dots take us back to 50s elegance (have you ever seen Audrey Hepburn or Marilyn Monroe looks?).
In shops we can see a lot of diffrent kinds. But the point is - dots are going to be one of the most popular trends in 2018.

How to wear dots?

1.Mix and match
Two kinds of dots in one look. Ten years ago it was kitsh. Today is obvious look for fashion week. You can choose only two colours. But maybe spring is perfect time for do something crazy? Mix colours and size of design!

2. Really big dots
Only for brave girls. If  you are small - there is 90% chance that this dots won't look like dots. But no problem - regardless you will be stylish.

3. Black and white
Can I call it 'trend'? Always in fashion, always look great. For every kind of person and for every kind of outfit. 'Polka dots' shirt and skirt are must haves!

Trends for 2018 (1)

1. Colours

Forget navy and grey, it’s time for pastels and… intensive colours. This year you should forget about flowers on dark background. Good news: red stay with us!

2. Plastic

Remember transparent ankle boots? This trend is back! Plastic and transparency are really strong trend. For example Chanel presented polymer coats – perfect for rainy spring. But I have to say- it’s  for brave people who loves fashion.

3.  Shell suits

Do you remember kitschest trends from 80s? Crazy colours, funky materials. If you think that some trend from 80s is literally awful – you  can be sure that it will be really strong trend in the future. Why? You have to ask designers. Shell suit but this time is more than tracksuit – Gucci offer shell suit like daily wear.

4. Denim

Designers again move us to 70s and 80s. Total looks, really dark colours. Denim in 2018 can make our outfit flawless and (in Vouge opinion) luxury.

First part of  2018 trends. Maybe too extremal for daily look. But for days in Warsaw or London – perfect! Maybe photographer take you some photos and you will see them in Vogue! Never say never. Next time I’m going to tell you about more daily trends. So until next time!

What to wear: New Year’s Eve?

Favourite time in year, the biggest parties and perfect opportunity to wear something craaazy, just from Fashion Weeks. You don’t have to be afraid – no-holds-barred.

1. Colour make your outfit special. It’s time to wear this yellow dress that you bought two years ago. Gold jacket? Emerald jumper? Perfect! You should think about red, electric pink or even navy lipstick. Really good idea!
2. Spangles and every clothes with gold or silver thread. It’s definitely time to shine!
3. In your opinion gold dress is ‘too much’? Try tights in interesting design. Grid? Intensive colour? Stars? Elephants? I’m sure that you find something for you.
4. Material! Velvet and velour are really trendy since last year. Let’s think. What about navy, velour mini  dress? In 100% it’s my choice for New Year’s Eve.
5. Total look. Do you remember looks from this year’s Fashion Weeks? Every single thing in red or white. Example number 2 : everything velvet. I think it choice for somebody who is interesting I fashion. But of course – everybody can try everything.
6. Leave all your black clothes in wardrobe. Seriously! Black isn’t good for saying “goodbye” to 2017. It’s sad colour. New Year’s Eve isn’t sad at all. Easy.
7. Blue eyelashes or eyeliner, red lipstick, glittery eyeshadow – you can create your look with amazing makeup.
