Slack-Line

Hello Everyone

Today I will tell you about the slack-line.This sports discipline consists in walking and working various acrobatic tricks on lines between 2.5 cm and 5 cm wide between two points at a height of 1 m and above the ground. 

Slack-line was born in California. It all started with walking on chains surrounding parking lots and climbing ropes, then everything started to develop and more specialized ropes started to appear, as a result of which the rope was change for a flexible tape.

Slack-line divided into three different variant :

-Trick-line-is one of the most popular varieties because it does not require specialized equipment. The rope can be hung quite low and the tricks made for it look impressive and spectacular.

-Long-line -It is a transition on a loose tape suspended 1m above the ground. The longer the tape is, the harder go through it. The current Polish record established  by Rafał Kubiak is 410m.

-High-line-it is a spectacular transition of a rope suspended between two objects, e.g. trees, buildings, mountains.

Wing-suit flying

Hello everyone

Today i will tell you little bit about Wing-suit flying.This sport there since when invented a special suit without which him this sport couldn't be practiced.

This sport to depends on reducing the speed of fall, which allows the jumper to glide in the air.

For practicing this sport we will need a special costume which price is 2,000 PLN at best.

It is still needed also need a parachute, a helmet and an altimeter that I've already mentioned when discussing parachuting but despite good equipment, just same it is important to prepare for the first flight.

Volunteers need to be  for patience because the first individual flight need at least 200 flights made in the last 18 months and the course.

It is also needful to have a parachutist license, the cost of which is 5000 PLN.

In 2012, American jumper Gary Connery made the first jump in Wing-suite without parachute in history. 

He jumped from the plane and after enough a long to soar he landed on the stack of cartons.

What to wear: New Year’s Eve?

Favourite time in year, the biggest parties and perfect opportunity to wear something craaazy, just from Fashion Weeks. You don’t have to be afraid – no-holds-barred. 

1. Colour make your outfit special. It’s time to wear this yellow dress that you bought two years ago. Gold jacket? Emerald jumper? Perfect! You should think about red, electric pink or even navy lipstick. Really good idea!

2. Spangles and every clothes with gold or silver thread. It’s definitely time to shine! 

3. In your opinion gold dress is ‘too much’? Try tights in interesting design. Grid? Intensive colour? Stars? Elephants? I’m sure that you find something for you. 

4. Material! Velvet and velour are really trendy since last year. Let’s think. What about navy, velour mini  dress? In 100% it’s my choice for New Year’s Eve. 

5. Total look. Do you remember looks from this year’s Fashion Weeks? Every single thing in red or white. Example number 2 : everything velvet. I think it choice for somebody who is interesting I fashion. But of course – everybody can try everything.

6. Leave all your black clothes in wardrobe. Seriously! Black isn’t good for saying “goodbye” to 2017. It’s sad colour. New Year’s Eve isn’t sad at all. Easy. 

7. Blue eyelashes or eyeliner, red lipstick, glittery eyeshadow – you can create your look with amazing makeup.

Look for travel

You always want to look great and trendy. But sometimes you need a comfort. And yes, it’s possible to look fashionable and feel comfortable. It’s very easy. You don’t have to look like  Victoria’s Secret’s model. Believe me or not, pink bathrobe isn’t a good idea.

At first: comfort is more important. Remember: 70% comfort, 30% trends. Next 6h in plane, train or even car are going  to be tiring. But it doesn’t mean that you have to wear tracksuit. 

1. Favourite jeans. Not this super skinny. Maybe mom jeans? You should think about cotton pants, too.

2. Converse or something. Forget about high-heels. Comfortable shoes- first step to comfortable travel. Train, car, plane – way of the trip doesn’t change anything.

3. T-shirt, sweatshirt or jumper and jacket. If you feel cold – you can wear sweatshirt, when you are outside – you can wear jacket! It’s brilliant!

Ok, ok but I told you about clothes. You know about comfort. What about another 30%? Fashion in travel is the same fashion from streets of Paris, Warsaw or NYC.

What to wear on Christmas Day?

As every year you want to look really great. But the question is HOW TO DO IT? You don't need a very special outfit - but there are some reguls. At first - you have to forget abot ripped boyfriend jeans, t-shirts with hilarious writing and of course about sweatsuits. Other thing - really, really elegent outfit is rather a bad idea. So... what will be OK for Christmas Eve?

1. Dress

If you choose smart dress and add gold, gentle jewelry - you will look amazing and what's more important elegant. But when we talk about dress there are some rules, too:

-there is no chance for low neckline

-you don't have to shine like first star on sky, so choose something in dark colours or something... red

-remember about lenght - mini isn't elegant at all

-choose dark or black tights

2. Elegant pants

Choice for girls who like comfort. If you known that you'll spend all this time running with kids - you should think about pants. Any reguls?

-choose a shirt in a contrast colour, you aren't a businesswomen (at least no at this moment) you don't have to afraid of colours

-think about jacket, but in completely different colour than pants - don't create something like a suit - you will look boring

Of course it's just a really small part of things you can choose to look great. Propositions from this post are really simple and because of that - classic. Remember about acccessories. They can make your outfit more elegant. Stylization in 50% is dependent on scarfs, jewelry, colour of lipstick and of course - smile on your mouth.

Always look great just like... French

Have you ever been in Paris? Or have you ever seen a French girl? Parisians are legend if we talk about style and look. Usually woman with pale, flawless skin and brown or dark blond hair. They are slim and tall. It's creation from films, Instagram and billboards. Of course it's example of typical french beauty. In Poland most of girls are Slavs, but just part of them have hair in colour of wheat. Frenchy girl accepted how they look and they feel great with it. All the secret! 

But I want to tell you about Parisians style. Yes, about style from insta. How to look like one of girls pose next to Eiffel Tower? 

1. Ponytail or no frisour. Look 'I didn't spend hours on doing make-up and frisour' is very popular. There are some days when Parisians don't comb their hair at all. 

2. Don't be afraid of your look. Wear favourite T-shirt, comfortable jeans or pretty skirt. You look good, when you feel good. You don't have to have a dress from Zara's or H&M's new collection.

3. Always choose a coat, jumper or jacket. It makes your look much better, you feel comfortable and you don't have to afraid of rain or wind. Every extra element is trace that your outfit is... very trendy and slated. 

4. Try to have smile on your mouth. Happy person is beautiful person. Don't forget about it!

My name is Rozalia and I'm a new bloger on this site. I'm 15 years old, so I'm a student in  a secondary school. I live in Szczecin with my family and pets. I've got an older sister and a brother, but they've moved out.

When I’m thinking about this fall I see a girl in red dress. Why?

 Red is probably the most stylish colour of this season. You can wear it in diverse options. As we can see in a photo designer propose a dress, but red is everywhere – t-shirts, skirts and of course coats. 

Let’s think about future.  We could wear red dress practically always, for a grandmum’s birthday or even Christma’s  Eve.  If you aren’t sure about how you feeling in this colour – you have to try! At first I recommend a t-shirt or a scarf. These things are very cheap and it’s perfect opportunity to check how you look in red.  In my opinion you fall in love with #colourofseason. Why? People with pale skin in red colour look awesome just like Little Red Riding Hood. People with a bit darkest skin look like Penelope Cruz or other glamorous Latina women.  Would you try?

Parachuting

Hellow everyone!

Today i will show you one of extreme sports.Parachuting are to jumps done with the designated height.

During the fly indicated exercise different acrobatic tricks,for which on the competition points are awarded.To will be able to perform this extreme sport needed is training.

At the moment,two types of training are most often selected."Static Line" That is, the landing with automatic opening of the main parachute. 

''Accelerated Free-fall course" so is there jump  of four thousand meters with instructor.

 After the transition primary training  you can take part in different skydiving disciplines such as:

-sky surf

-Formation on open parachutes

-Dynamic landing

-wing-suit

-freefly

-etc.

Parachuting may be fun and exciting.Still one should very careful because fun maybe switch on death.To keep the safety participant should spend more time on training and loved what he does.

To start their adventure with parachuting will needful right equipment:

-googles

-altimeters

-signaler

-helmet

-jump suit

-parachute(can also rent)

-flag bag

-parachute assembly

-smoke canisters (eventually)

-radio

all together cost around 3,500 thousand dollars.

Hi, I’m Weronika. Basically I don’t like writing about myself. I’m 15 and I’m in the last class in my secondary school. I live in Szczecin,  the most beautiful city of the northern Poland. 

What can I say about me? People think that I’m clever and helpful (of course it’s true), but sometimes I’m shy. I like reading books, watching series and doing all these things that girls do in their free time.  I’m very fond of travels, but I'm going to write about… fashion! Top 5 Caribbean Islands [Last Post]

Today is my last post so I want to tell you a few words about top 5 Caribbean islands.

1.Puerto Rico

The whole area of this island is about 9100 square kilometres and 3 500 000 people live there.The capital of this place is San Juan.

2.Bonaire

The whole area of this place is 294 square kilometres and about 17 000 people live there.The capital of Bonaire is Kralendijk.Around the island is also one of the most famous part of a coral reef which is protected.

3.Curacao

The whole area of the island is 444 square kilometres and about 160 000 people live there. The capital is Willemstad which is called small Amsterdam.People say that this is an adventure island.

4.Cayman

The whole area of this place is 264 square kilometres and about 60 000 people live there.The capital of Cayman is George Town.You can find one of the most beautiful beach-Seven Mile Beach there.

5.Grenada

The whole area of this island is 349 square kilometres and about 107 000 people live there.The capital of this place is Saint George’s.There are a lot of rainforests and wild animals.

Vis island

Hi everyone!

In this post I‘m going to tell you about a Croatian island-Vis.Its whole area is about 90 square kilometres and 3 700 people live there.

One of the most popular attraction is a Stiniva beach.It is situated in the southern part of the Vis.There is a rocky beach between two rocks.This place is so beautiful and I’m sure that you‘ll love it.The second thing that you should see is the Blue Cave.You can swim or take amaznig photos there.The cave is situated on the sea and inside there is blue light.It makes an amazing impression.Apart from these popular places you can visit the whole island by car or admire an amazing flora.I’ve never been there yet but I was in Croatia three times and I love this country.

Atlantis The Palm

Hi again !

Today I want to tell you about a quite popular place which is Dubai. I will concentrate on one of the best hotels in the world-Atlantis The Palm.First I will tell you general informations about Dubai.It is situated in United Arab Emirates, its whole area is 4 114 square kilometres and about 2 781 000 people live there.

In the city there are  realy a lot of  attractions but today I will tell you about a fantastic hotel wchich is one of the biggest  attraction for tourists.It is located on the Palm island and makes a very good impression.There are 23 restaurants where you can taste  the cuisines of all the world.You can also see there a big aquarium wchich is home for 65 000 sea animals.At guests’disposal is one of the bigest Aquapark in the world.Inside the hotel is luxury and splendour.I’m sure that kids will fall in love with this place.I recommend this hotel for everyone who likes spending time on the beach or at the swimming pool and I think you won’t be disappointed.

Hello everyone!

In this post I’m going to write about Bali.It is an island and a province of Indonesia.The capital of Bali is Debpasar which is located in the southern part of the island.The whole area of this place is 5 780 square killometres and about 4 500000 people live there so I think it is a quite big island .

There are  many attractions and one of them is a Monkey Forest in Ubud.Lots of people go there because they have a chance to see monkeys in their  natural environment.The ticket costs about 120 pln.In my opinion this place is beautiful and worth spending  these money.The second attraction is a temple Pura Luhur Uluwatu.It is a historical place and peope go there to admire an antique buildings among varied flora.I think that these attractions remarkable and I recommend Bali,but I know that not everyone can go there because costs of travel are very high.I hope to  travel to this amazing place someday.

Grywald

Hello!

In this post I’m going to write about an interesting polish country-Grywald.It is situated in the southern part of Poland.It is very small and peaceful,because only 1670 people live there.

You can go cycling or spend time outside there.You won’t find there modern attractions because it’s  ony a small village, hovever very  mysterious.Generally it is a mountainous place with one wooden church.Lots of people visit that place because one of  the greatest medival fights in which polish army bated Teutonic Order took place there.In my opinion it is the most popular attraction because people want to see this historical pitch.I also  was there when I was a child and I recommend this place to people who like relaxation during their holidays.
