PBE Changes: 30th Nov - 3rd Dec

Hello, hi and welcome in next part of PBE changes. Today I'll show you second part of Snowdown changes, and some more. Let's go.

        Runeterra has no shortage of valiant champions, but few are as tenacious as Poppy. Bearing a hammer twice the length of her body, this determined yordle has spent untold years searching for the ''Hero of Demacia,'' a fabled warrior said to be the rightful wielder of her weapon.

• Zeal's cost increased byt 100g (1200-->1300Gold total)

• Phantom Dancer, Rapid Firecannon, Runaan's Hurricane and Stattik Shiv - there items has increased gold cost by 100, due to Zeal's change. No change to Trinity Force.

•  Snow Day Bard's eyes are now happy. 
  
  
  
  
  
• Rift Scuttler - gold on kill increased by 20g. (50-->70)
  
• Many balance changes.

PBE Changes: 23rd Nov - 24th Nov

Hi! Welcome in next preseason patch. Today I'll show you changes that will hit live with 5.24 patch. There's what we have seen since 23rd November.

• New skins!
  -Snow day Bard (1350 RP)
  -Snow day Gnar (975 RP/will become legacy)
  -Snow day Syndra ((1350 RP/will become legacy)
• New ward skin! - Penguin Skier Ward (640 RP/will become legacy)
  It has cute eyes, when it is a trinket :3

• Icy Minion Icon (1500 IP/250 RP/will become legacy)
  
• Bundled Minion Icon (250RP/will become legacy)
  
• Snowball Icons (100IP each) - you can toss them to your friends (or enemies). Anyone who will get it on his face will also get IP boost for 1 win. 
  
• Poppy, Keeper of the Hammer - Champion update! 
  
  Poppy finally gets updated! She was released in 2010 and such outdated (but very, veeery strong..). Now her rework hits onto PBE!

• Rift Herald's new sounds and dropping relic!
  Rift Herald - New monster on Summoner's Rift still gets updated. Now he has new sounds when he dies and he is dropping his relic that anyone from killer's team can pick (previously it was automatically put to killer) Let's see what does it look like!
  
• Legend of the Poro King - featured game mode turns back! 
  
• Snowdown minions! :3

PBE changes: 11th Nov - 17th Nov

Hello! Welcome in the preseason. I'm sorry about I didn't post all of first part of preseason changes, but it would be too long post! You can read them all there.
But let's start about changes that will come into the league with 5.23 patch (or maybe 6.1, who knows?)

• New Champion - Illaoi, the Kraken Priestess.
  
  Passive - Prophet of an Elder God: Illaoi draws the presence of her god, spawning a Tentacle on nearby impassible terrain if no other Tentacles are nearby (20 - 12 second cooldown based on level). Tentacles interact with Illaoi's abilities and last until killed or if dormant for 1 minute.
  
  Q - Tentacle smash: Passive: Illaoi is healed for 5% of her missing health whenever a Tentacle damages a champion. 
  Active: Illaoi smashes down a Tentacle, dealing [10 x level] (+1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6 total Attack Damage) physical damage. 
  
  W- Harsh Lesson: For her next basic attack, Illaoi leaps to her target dealing 15/35/55/75/95 (+1.1 total Attack Damage) physical damage. When she strikes, nearby Tentacles will also swing at the target.
  
  E - Test of Spirit: Illaoi rips the spirit from a foe's body, forcing it to stand before her, so she can teach them a lesson.
  
  Illaoi calls on the power of her god to pull the Spirit from an enemy champion  for 10 seconds. The Spirit can be attacked by Illaoi and her allies and echoes 25/30/35/40/45% (+.08 % total Attack Damage) of the damage it takes to the target.
  
  If the Spirit dies or the target leaves its range, the target becomes a Vessel.Vessels spawn a Tentacle every 10 seconds for 1 minute and have their movement speed slowed by 80%, decaying over 2 seconds. 
  
  Tentacles swing at Spirits and Vessels dealing [10 x level] (+1.2 - 1.6 total Attack Damage ratio based on Q) physical damage.
  
  R - Leap of Faith: Illaoi smashes her idol into the ground, dealing 150/250/350 (+ 0,5 bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to nearby enemies.
  
  A Tentacle spawns for each enemy champion hit and, for the next 8 seconds, Tentacles swing 50% faster, are untargetable, and Harsh Lesson has a 2 second cooldown.
