26th-28th April PBE changes [6.9 cycle]

Hello guys! There's a latest changes on PBE in this cycle. Let's go!
  • New splash art for Glacial Olaf, next to UFO Corki and PAX Sivir splash arts from previous post and Lil Slugger Trundle, Junkyard Trundle and Traditional Trundle from this post. For the three last ones, just scroll down.

  • Zyra's updated indicators to show growing range. 

  • Frozen Heart's new icon 

  • Guinsoo's Rageblade's new icon 

  • Small changes to dragon's pit icons for elementar dragons and new icons for every dragon.
  • Three updated Trundle splash arts, next to PAX Sivir, UFO Corki and Glacial Olaf splash arts update. For the last one (Glacial Olaf) just scroll up ;)

20th-25th April PBE changes [6.9 cycle]

Hello guys! Let's see some new changes on PBE. Let's start.
  • New Abilities icons for Anivia.
  • Rotating game modes - One for all (Summoner's Rift) now testing on PBE. It will come live for 6th to 8th May. List of new or updated champions from last time OFA was on live:

    Gankplank
    Illaoi
    Jhin
    Kindred
    Poppy
    Shen
    Marksmen (due to a season 2016 Marksmen update)
  • Zyra is now less Buggy, so there is a video preview of her updated abilities - Click!
  • Xerath now zooms out when R is on.

  • Dragonslayer buff is updated for a new elemental and Elder Dragons. 

    Also, dragon kills now shows up on scoreboard, and new dragons icons on minimap has been added.
  • Grevious wounds now decreases all heals, instead of SELF haling.

Mid-season Mages Update - now on PBE.

Hello guys! Sorry, this post was planned for yesterday, but I felt really bad. But now I'm back, let's go!
  • Brand:
    -Blaze (P): Stacks now up to 3 times, dealing 2% of max HP over 4s, except non-stacking 8% max HP over 4s.
    New effect: When reaches max stacks on champion or large monster, the Blaze becomes unstable, dealing (about 12 +0,5 per level)% (+ about 1.5% per 100AP) of each nearby enemy champion max HP as a magic damage after 2 seconds. Champion affected by unstable Blaze cannot be affected by it for 4s.

    -Sear (Q); Stun duration 1,5s. Damage 80/110/140/170/200.  AP scaling 55%

    -Pillar of Flame (W): Cooldown 10/9,5/9/8,5/8s. Mana cost  60/70/80/90/100.

    -Conflagration (E); Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6. Damage 70/90/110/130/150. AP scaling 35%.

    -Pyroclasm (R): Damage 100/200/300. AP scaling changed to 25%. Now tries to make as many bombs with third stack of Blaze, as it's possible. If target if ablaze, slows by 30/45/60%.

  • Cassiopeia

    Base stats:
    Increased: Base health, mana, armor, mana regen increase per level, health regen, AD.
    Decreased: Armor increase per level, Base mana regen, AD increase per level

    -Serpentine Grace (new Passive): Cassiopeia grants 4 movement speed per level, but she cannot pucharse boots items.

    -Noxious Blast (Q): Mana cost 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown 4s. Damage 75/120/165/210/255. Movement speed 20/22,5/25/27,5/30%. Movement speed duration 2s.

    -Miasma (W): Now fires multiple clouds that lands at 800 range or first terrain, slowing by 35% and making unable to use ANY MOVEMENT ABILITIES. It deals 20 to 80 (+15% of AP) magic damage per second. Mana cost 70. Cooldown 22/20/18/16/14.  

    -Twin Fang (E): Mana cost 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown 0.9s. Base damage scales with level and starts at 52 on 1st level. AP scaling 10%. If poisoned, deals bonus 10/40/70/100/130 damage +35% AP and Cassiopeia heals for 5/10/15/20/25 +10% AP.

    -Petryfying Gaze (R): Slow reduced to 40%.

  • Malzahar:

    -Void shift (New Passive)
    If he hasn't been damaged or crowd controlled for 26 (minus 1 per level, stopping on level 6), Malzahar gains 90% damage reduction and crowd control immunity for 1s after trying to put on CC. Damage reduction doesn't work on lane minions damage, but they don't reset it's cooldown.

    -Call of the Void (Q): Mana cost 60. Cooldows 6s. Damage 70/115/160/205/250. AP scaling 60%. Silence duration 1/1,25/1,5/1,75/2s.

    -Void Swarm (new W) Now spawns a voildling that lasts up to 12s. If voidling first time attacks a champion, large or epic monster, or assists in killing any unit, there spawns the next one with the same remaining duration. When there are 3 or more voidlings active, they all gain 100% attack speed. No more voidlings spawn if they are about to disappear (4s). 

    -Malefic Visions (E): Mana cost 60/70/80/90/100. Damage 80/120/160/200/240. AP scaling 60%. Mana restore changed to 2% of max Mana. Duration refreshed if Q or R used on target.

    -Nether Grasp (R): Flat damage removed. Now creates a zone dealing 6% (+1% per 100 AP) of enemies max HP per second for 5 seconds and stuns target for 2.5s.

  • Vel'koz

    -Plasma Fission (Q): Now restores 50% of mana cost per unit killed. Range indicator is now visible only to Vel'koz.

    -Live Form Desintegration Ray (R): Damage 550/800/1050 +100% AP.  Cooldown 120/100/80. No longer applies Passively, after hitting 3 charges of Vel'koz' passive, Researches target for 7 seconds. If target is researched, R deals true damage, except of magic.

  • Vladimir:

    Base stats:
    Increased: Base HP, base AD, base armor.
    Decreased: Health increase per level, armor increase per level.

    -Transfusion (Q): Cooldown 9/8/7/6/5s. Damage 80/100/120/140/160 +45% AP. Heal 20/25/30/35/40 +15% AP. After cating Q twice, next time it cools down, Vladimir gains 2.5s of 100% increased Q damage, and it heals for bonus 40+15 per level plus(5%+2.5  AP) of his missing health.

    -Tides of Blood (E): Range 600. Cooldown 9s. 

    -Hemoplague (R): Duration 4s. Increasing damage 10%. Now heals for 50% of every damage dealt to champion.

  • Zyra:

    Base stats:
    Increased: Movement speed, Base HP

    -Garden of Thorns (new Passive): Now zyra spawns periodically seeds around her, that lasts up to 45s. Max 8 seeds planted. Casting Q or E on them causes them to grow plants. Plants live 5 to 7.5s based on Zyra's level. Base plant's HP is now down to 2, but it increases with W range.

    -Deadly spines (Q): Mana cost 60. Damage 60/90/120/150/180 +55% AP. Now it has a rectangular shape.

    -Rampant Growth (W): No longer increses cooldown reduction. Now increases plant's health by 10/20/30/40/50%.

    -Stranglethorns (R) now increases plants damage by 150%. No longer increases plants attack speed.

  • Smaller changes also to:

    Annie
    Fiddlesticks
    Swain
    Syndra
    Veigar
    Xerath
    Ziggs

19th April PBE update [6.9 cycle]

Hello guys! I'm back with new changes that will come to us with next patch. In this cycle there are many things to describe, so let's start! ;)
  • New skins!
    -Iron Inquisitor Kayle (750 RP)
    -Cursed Revenant Nocturne (750 RP)
    -Black Scourge Singed (750 RP)

  • Mid-season update

    Post about Mid-season update including new dragons and Mages reworks will be published tommorow ;)
  • New splash art - Basic Malzahar

  • Textures update
    -Malzahar
    -Zyra

    As you can see, it's only few changes to make Malzahar and Zyra less outdated, due to a Mid-season Mages Update
  • New abilities icons for Mages (due to a Mid-season Mages Update)
    Last Fiddlestick's icon is used on Suprise Party Fiddlesticks skin
    Last Vladimir's icon is used on his reworked E

    As you can see, new icons are more modern and coherent.


  • Four new summoner icons.
  • Clarity updates for skins:
    -Ravenborn LeBlanc
    -Cosmic Reaver Kassadin
    -Headhunter Caitlyn, Lunar Revel Caitlyn
    -Blood Moon Elise
    -Firecracker Jinx
    -Forecast Janna
    -Dark Valkyrie Diana

  • Changes to death timers between 20 and 30 minute
  • Removed Boots Enchantments
  • Baron buff's duration is now longer.
  • Rift Herald changes:
    Now spawns at 6 minute.
    NEVER repawns back after killed.
    Now is stronger, harder to kill solo.
    Old buff removed
    New buff - Void Superbuff - Lasts 20 minutes, DOES NOT(!) disappear on death. While alone, grants:
    -Reduced damage from champions
    -Corruption charges - at 100 charges next attack discharges all of them, dealing bonus magic damage. Works on minions and turrets too, damage reduced if champion is ranged. Gain rate and discharge damage scales with champion level.
  • Jungle changes:
    -Balanced XP
    -Blue buff - Removed AP per level, now grants 15% bonus total AP. Flat mana regen unchanged, but doubled regen based on Max mana. First buff is 120 seconds duration, next ones are 90 seconds duration.
    -Red buff - now burn deals damage immediately, health regen is higher based on champion level - triples on levels 6 and 11, but shuts down when in combat. Duration the same as Blue buff.
    -Camp respawn timers - if big camp (Blue, Red, Baron/Herald, Dragon) is spawning in less than 60 seconds, on minimap appears an icon of Hourglass, regardless of vision at the time of camp death and at the time appearing icon to both teams. It starts "dull" at 60s to spawn, and brights at 20s to spawn.

  • Turret changes: Shortly: More gold fgor killer, less gold for global, now 40 Magic Resist, lower HP, changes to dealing damage to champions.
  • Many changes to items due to Mages update. 
  • Vision ward (pink) Health decreased from 5 to 4, but now regens when out of combat.
  • Farsight Alteration trinket now better scales with Cooldown Reduction.
  • Many balance changes.

30th March PBE update [6.7 cycle]

Hello guys! Let's see what riot prepared in the latest PBE update. Remember: it's still 6.7 cycle.
  • Program Soraka's Splash art

    As I said in one of previous posts, new Mecha-themed skins are coming to League. Program Lissandra and Mecha Zero Sion's splash arts were released earlier. Now we can see a splash art for new Soraka's skin. Here's what does it look like: 

  • New Hextech Galio Splash art - part of splash art global update from previous PBE updates in this cycle.

  • Ascension game mode is back for testing, with new Crystal Scar textures and some other updates.

26th and 27th February PBE Update [6.5 cycle]

Hi guys! Here's a continuation of cycle 6.5 changes.

  • Shop visual update! (yay!) 




    -Navigation bar moved from left to top
    -Gameplay menu that links runes and boosts
    -Accesories menu that links Wards, Icons, Chests and keys
    -Account icon in upper right allows to change Summoner Name
    -New pucharse RP button (WOW!)
    -Chroma packs are now also available in Skins menu
  • Death Blossom Kha'Zix recall fixed

    His flower also changes color if he evolve R, but it's buggy now. 

  • Urgot's new mechanic

    When Urgot uses his R, now he creates a cloud of green smoke after swapping places. It scares nearby minions and small monsters for a while.

  • Kog'Maw's Q resists reduction and R time delay reverted to live amounts. His Attack speed increase changed: 1,5 (live) --> 3 (previous PBE patch) --> 3.5
  • Soraka's new Q and W mechanic's name changed from Alignment to Rejuvenation. It's duration increases as Soraka evolve her Q to higher ranks. 3s --> 3/3.5/4/4.5/5s. Q cost reduced to 50 from 60.
  • Enchantment: Devourer deals now 25 damage on hit, except of 30. It also needs 35 stack to evolve except of 30.
  • Many balance changes.

25th February PBE update [6.5 cycle]

Hello guys! Let's start with update from 25th Feb.
  • New skin - Death Blossom Kha'Zix (975 RP) 
    He is cute... Isn't he..?
    Nevermind.
    Recall in 25th Feb update isn't working but it will be fixed.

  • New ward skin - Hextech ward (No price or availability information yet. It's pushed into shop in a price of 1 IP for testing, typical on PBE)

  • Clubs system is back on PBE for testing. As a remember: Clubs is a new system, that allows you and your friends create your own tag that will be visible on friends list, loading screen and in game next to your nick. It also creates a chat room for you. It's something like an evolution of ranked teams. Unfortunately, we can't play ranked teams games at this time. Clubs will probably be pushed out to live servers with patch 6.7 or 6.8.
  • Kog'Maw balance changes:
    -Attack speed increase per level: 1,5 --> 3
    -Caustic Spittle (Q): Armor and magic resist reduction increased from 12-28% to 20-40%; Mana cost reduced from 60 to 40 (at all ranks)
    -Bio-Arcane Barrage (W): No longer grants passive attack speed (15-35%); Now deals bonus 5-25 flat magic damage while active.
    -Living Artillery (R): Time between shots that increases mana cost (by 50, up to 500) lowered from 10 to 6 seconds.
  • Sejuani few changes for clarity

Champion Update - Shen, Eye of Twilight.

Hello guys! Now about our ninja - Shen.

Shen - champion update!
Riot starts to change old, outdated champions. Next on their list is Shen. Let's see, what changed.
Max energy increased to 400(!)
Passive - Ki barrier

After casting a spell, Shen gains a shield, that absorbs 52 to 12, based on level + 14% of his Bonus Health.

Shen's power manifests as a Spirit blade. He can control it with his spells.

Q - Twilight assault 

Shen recalls his spirit blade and draws it. Enemies it collide with are slowed by 35% when moving avay from Shen for 2 seconds.

Additionally, Shen empowers his next 3 basic attacks, causing them to deal 3-5% (+ about 1.5% per 100AP) of target's max health as magic damage. If the Spirit blade collided with this unit, those attacks deal 5-7% (+ about 2% per 100 AP) and have +50% attack speed. Minions and monsters take an extra 30-110 bonus damage per attack.

W - Spirit's Refuge 

Shen's Spirit blade creates a zone for 1.75 seconds. Basic attacks that would hit Shen or his allies are blocked.
If there are no allies in area when casting, it won't create this zone until an ally comes closer or after 2 seconds.

E - Shadow dash

Passive: Dealding damage with Q or E recovers 30-40 energy.

Active: Shen dashes in a direction. If he dash through an enemy, he deals 50-150 (+10% of bonus Health) physical damage and taunts them to attack him for 1.5s.

R - Stand untited

Jhin - The Vitruoso, now on PBE!

Hello guys! After a long break I come back with much much much new informations for you! Firstly we will take a look on a new Champion.

Jhin, the Virtuoso

Jhin is 129th champion in the League. He is the next marksman. He looks like a man with slim legs with mechanic feet. He wears purple jeans and a white cloth. One of his arms is mechanic too. He also wears a mask (because he hasn't face, lol)

Passive - Whisper

Death in 4 acts: Jhin has a fixed attack speed. It's equal to 0.63 + about 3% per level. He also has a 4-shot gun (Hello, new Graves!), and his 4th shot is always critical. It deals 115% - 125% based on level damage. 

Every Moment Matters: His attack speed and critical strike chance are scaling: 
Bonus Attack Damage equal to (2 to 40%, based on level)+(40% of crit chance)+(25% of bonus attack speed) percent.
Jhin's crits deals 25% reduced damage but after shooting a critical strike he grants 10% (+40% of bonus attack speed) movement speed for 2 seconds. 

Q - Dancing grenade

Jhin launches a jumping grenade onto an enemy unit. It deals 60-160 (+30% to 50% total Attack damage) (+60% ability power) physical damage and bounces to next target. It can hit maximum of 4 times. Each unit it kills increases its damage by 35%.

W - Deadly flourish

Jhin shoots a long range shot that stops on the first enemy champion dealing 50 to 190 (+70% of total AD) physical damage and 65% damage to minions along the way. If Jhin's basic attacks, Lotus Traps (E) of allies hits a champion that Jhin stroke with deadly flourish within 4 seconds before it, the target gets rooted for 0.75 to 1.75 seconds and grants Jhin movement speed as though he had crit them. 

E - Captive Audience 

Jhin places an invisible trap that lasts up to 2 minutes. If any unit steps into it, the trap slows it and s
units in a medium-range zone by 35% for 2 seconds. After that time it detonates and deals 20 to 260 (+120% of total AD) (+100% of AP), but 65% of it ti minions and monsters. Jhin prepares a new trap once every 28 to 24 seconds, reduced by cooldown reduction and he can carry up to 2 at once.
Beauty in Death - If Jhin kills an enemy champion, he spawns and detonates a Lotus trap in place they died. 

R - Curtain call

Jhin sets up and channels, enabling him to shot 4 shots at HUGE range in a cone in a front of him, dealing 50 to 200 (+25% of total AD), increasing by 2% by every 1% of target's missing health. Shots stops on first champion hit, slowing it by 80% for 0.75 seconds and revealing. The 4th shot deals 200% of damage. If canceled early, cooldown is reduced by 10% per unused shot.

PBE Changes: 8th Dec - 14th Dec

Hello guys! Welcome in my post! Today I'll show you first changes than will hit live servers with 6.1 patch. Let's start!

  • New skin - Challenger Nidalee - 975RP, will become legacy. 


  • String lines about new skins (removed in 9th dec update)}
    -Beast Hunter Draven
    -Beast Hunter Sejuani
    -Beast Hunter Tryndamere
    No further informations about them.
  • Skin Update - Dragon Trainer Lulu (probably to be more similar to Dragon Trainer Tristana) 
  • Soul Reaver Draven and Gladiator Draven have now unique icons when he has to catch an axe from his Q.
  • New Champion Select experience is back up to testing on PBE. It will probably be shared onto live servers during one of first season 6's patcher (6.1 - 6.7)
  • Splash arts for Braum Lionheart and Gragas Caskbreaker is now flipped. They are more visible in game client.
  • Minion pushing indicator - Now you can see units' bonus damage to minions and reduced damage from them. 

  • Many, many balance changes.

PBE Changes: 30th Nov - 3rd Dec

Hello, hi and welcome in next part of PBE changes. Today I'll show you second part of Snowdown changes, and some more. Let's go.

  • New Zhonya's Hourglass' VFX 

  • Poppy's new Lore

          Runeterra has no shortage of valiant champions, but few are as tenacious as Poppy. Bearing a hammer twice the length of her body, this determined yordle has spent untold years searching for the ''Hero of Demacia,'' a fabled warrior said to be the rightful wielder of her weapon.

  • Zeal's cost increased byt 100g (1200-->1300Gold total)
  • Phantom Dancer, Rapid Firecannon, Runaan's Hurricane and Stattik Shiv - there items has increased gold cost by 100, due to Zeal's change. No change to Trinity Force.


  •  Snow Day Bard's eyes are now happy. 


  • Rift Scuttler - gold on kill increased by 20g. (50-->70)
  • Many balance changes.
