SR71 Blackbird

Today , I'm going to talk about a recon plane. It's the fastest in the world , It's black and has two engines. What is it ? SR71 Blackbird , here's a pic :

History :

Lockheed started to develop this plane in the second half of 50-s. It was meant to go to orbit and scout the enemy territory First prototype went into the air on 24.04.1962. It's name was A12.In 1964 First SR71 Blackbird took his first flight. It was withdrawn in 1969 because it was using a way too much fuel.
