How to take body measuments

Most women use scale just only device to check your body changes. This isn't a bad idea, but there is better technique. I mean measuring with measure tape. You can easily find out how may centimeters you have in waist. Then after  2 months you'll compare figure and garther.

Berfore you start, remember about:
1. Make sure that tape is going straight and level around your  body.
2.Use no strechable tape.
3. Keep it close to your skin.

Bust - measure around  bust and back on the line of your nipples.
Chest - take measuments under breats, but as high as it's possible.
Waist - measure in the narrowest line of belly.
Hips - find the hipbones and take the tape around the widest part.
Thighs - measure around fullest part of upper leg while you're standing.
Arms - take tape around the fullest part.
Record surveys in the notebook or in the table like this below.
If you want weigh yourself too. However in my opinion photos and measuments  are more legible. Don't forget to be systematic.

Thanks for reading, your Maggie.
