The movie is based on a book called ‘A Walk to Remember’ by Nicholas Sparks. The movie is a type of drama.  The release date was on the 25th of January 2002.

Jamie Sullivan (Mandy Moore) is a young girl who lives with her father in Beaufort in North Carolina. The girl is calm, helping other people. She believes in God. Landon Carter (Shane West) is an opposite of her. He likes school, because he’s well known and popular there. Landon doesn't play by the rules and constantly gets punished. Thanks to that, he’s starting to notice that what he's doing is bad. He’s also starting to know what true love is. Jamie’s helping him with that. Will Landon last in his decisions? Become convinced.

This movie is beautiful. It shows brilliantly, how the man’s changing thanks to the second person.
