Pizza

Pizza

  • 1 potato
  • 6 spoons of olive oil
  • 15 basil leafs
  • 1 mozzarella
  • black olives
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 190 millilitres of water
  • 30 grams of yeast
  • 350 grams of wheat flour
  • a pinch of pepper, salt and sugar
  • 5 pieces of zucchinis



DOUGH

190 millilitres of water warm up. Put crumbled yeast in the bowl and overflow it with warm water. Mix it thoroughly with a fork. Pour wheat flour, salt  and 2 spoons of olive oil to mixer. Start to mix. Gradually add yeast with water. Mix to get a mass. The mass cover with  a cloth for an hour.

SAUCE

Zucchinis cut  into small pieces and mix it. Mixed zucchinis with salt, pepper and sugar pour on to the hot pan. Fry for 3 minutes.

Well-risen dough roll out on the baking tray. Put zucchini sauce on the dough, along with cheese, tomatoes, olive and basil.

Put pizza to the warmed up  oven for 200° for 30-40 minutes.
