Raffaello cake

Raffaello cake


  • 2-3 packets of crackers
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding
  • 2 spoons of potato flour
  • 3/4 glasses of sugar
  • 1egg yolk
  • 250 g of butter
  • 150 g of coconut chips



Make pudding, but add sugar to milk before you boil it. Add
potato flour, mix with the pudding
Mix butter, yolk and already cold pudding, next add coconut chips
Prepare baking plate in size 33 x 23 cm and put the baking paper on it.


First, put on the baking plate a layer of crackers, then cream, second
layer of crackers, cream, third layer of crackers, cream and finally sprinkle with coconut chips and 3 crushed crackers.


Cake put in the fridge and wait for 2-3 hours.
