HOT WINGS
INGREDIENTS
- 12 chicken wings
- One, 12-ounce bottle of hot cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- Several dashes of hot sauce
- Several dashes of worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat 3 inches of canola oil in a heavy pot to 180°C.
Add half of the chicken wings to the oil and fry for 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the other half of the wings.
In a saucepan heat the cayenne sauce and butter over a medium-low heat. Add the worcestershire and hot sauce. Let it bubble up and then turn off the heat.
Place the wings in an heatproof dish and pour the hot sauce over the top. Toss to coat the wings in sauce and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Enjoy! :)
