Breakfast!

Hi, in this post I'll show you three brilliant ideas for yummy breakfast!!

1. Bombay omelette
Ingredients:
  • half a red onion
  • 2 small vine tomatoes
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • half teaspoon ground turmeric
  • half teaspoon garam masala
  • half teaspoon ground cumin
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • half a lemon
  • 2 knobs of butter
2. Easy crumpet
Ingredients:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 300 g strong white flour
  • half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • vegetable oil , for greasing
HOMEMADE BUTTER
  • 350 ml double cream


3. Salmon toasts 
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon
  • 70 g radishes
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 12-16 slices of crispbread or thinly sliced and toasted rye bread
  • 200 g smoked salmon , from sustainable sources
  • half a punnet of cress
  • 1 handful of vein sorrel or other colourful baby leaves
  • rapeseed oil

Breakfast!

Goodmorning in this post I'll show you some fab ideas for breakfast. Perfect for cold days!



1.Sticky cinnamon fig & yoghurt breakfast bowls
Ingredients:
  • 8 ripe figs
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons fresh unsweetened orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 600 g Greek yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons granola
  • 2 tabelspoons unsalted pistachio nuts
perfect winter start to the day.





2. Eggs royale

Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • 4 spring onions
  • ½ a clove of garlic
  • 500 g baby spinach
  • ½ a bunch of fresh marjoram , (15g)
  • 1 whole nutmeg , for grating
  • ½ a lemon
  • butter , for greasing
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 200 g smoked salmon , from sustainable sources
  • fresh chervil , to serve (optional)
MUFFINS
  • 450 ml tepid milk
  • 1 x 7 g sachet yeast
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 700 g strong white bread flour , plus extra for dusting
  • 50 g semolina
HOLLANDAISE
  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 4 large free-range egg yolks
  • ½ a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • white wine vinegar

3.Egg & mango chutney flatbreads\
Ingredients:
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 100 g self-raising flour , plus extra for dusting
  • 6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 fresh red chilli

Breakfast! part 3.

Hi! in this I'll give you super easy recipes for a breakfast. Remember that you need to start a day with a good meal!!

1.Berry good pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder , optional
  • 1 cup milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 6 slices of higher-welfare streaky bacon
  • 1 handful of blueberries



2.Cherres eggy bread.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar , plus a little extra
  • 250 g strawberries , halved
  • 200 g ricotta , sliced or crumbled
  • runny honey
  • grated lemon zest , to serve
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 50 ml full-fat milk
  • 1 good dash limoncello
  • 4 thick slices stale sourdough or Italian bread


3.Easy pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large free-range eggs
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • unsalted butter

Take this recipe in a sweet or savoury direction, depending on what you fancy.

Breakfast! Part 3.

Hello again! In this posi I'll show you some quick to make recepies. I recommend you to try them!!

1.Apple and pecan porridge.
Ingredients:
     BASIC PORRIDGE

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 600 ml milk or organic soya milk 
      APPLE AND PECAN TOPPING

  • 30 g unsalted pecans 
  • 1 eating apple 
  • maple syrup


Porridge is a good breakfast, it's cheap, it's filling and it's easy to make.

2.Egg and mango chutney flatbreads
Ingredients:

  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 100 g raising flour, plus extra for dusying
  • 6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 fresh red chilli

    Yummy breakfast and it's not too tricky to make! Eggs are really inportant for our diet, I recommend it.

    3.One cup panecakes whith blueberries.
    Ingredients:

  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 1 cup of self-raising flour 
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 200g blueberries 
  • olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt 



  • These are the simplest pancakes to make! You don't even need a scale to weight out the ingredients, all you need a cup or a mug.

    breakfast! part 2

    Hi! In this post I'll give you ideas for breakfast again. All of them a yummy a really quick to make!

    1.Sticky cinnamon fig and yogurt bowls.
    Ingredients:
    • Ripe figs
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
    • 4 tablespoons fresh unsweetened orange juice
    • 4 tablespoons runny honey
    • Blackberries
    • Greek yogurt
    • 4 tablespoons granola
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted pistachio nuts
    A perfect autumnal start of the day. It's really easy to make!!


    2.Mini super-fruit wraps 
    Ingredients:
    • 1 satsuma
    • 1 tortilla wrap
    • 1 teaspoon quality cocoa powder
    • Natural yogurt
    • Ripe banana
    • 1 handful fresh berries
    • Mixed toasted seeds
    This brilliantly quick recipe is easy to make in the morning before school.

    3.One-cup pancakes with blueberries.
    ingredients:
    • 1 large free-range egg
    • 1 cup of self-raising flour
    • 1 cup of milk
    • Blueberries
    • Olive oil
    • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt 


    These are the simplest pancakes to make with friends!
