World food.

Hi! Now I'm going to give you three recepies from different countries.

1.Spanish tortilla.
Ingredients: 

  • 300g waxy potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil 
  • 5 large free-range eggs


This classic spanish dish is very versatile and quick to whip up. you can serve it hot or col whith all kind of ingredients, I chose my favourite but all of them taste great so get experimenting!!

2. Asian salmon and sweet potato traybake
Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato 
  • 2 stick of lemongrass
  • Piece of ginger 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 150ml organic vegetable stock
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 1 lime 
  • 1 long red chilli
  • 4x150g salmon fillets
  • low-salt soy sauce (optional)


Fresh asian flavours, this easy salmon traybake can be on the tablein well under an hour. 

3.Gorgeous Greek chicken 
Ingredients:
  • 1 red pepper 
  • 6 spring onions 
  • 20g black olives 
  • 150g ripe cherry tomatoes 
  • 170g couscous 
  • Half cucumber 
  • 2 free-range chicken breasts 
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 lemon 
  • 100g fat-free natural yoghurt 
  • Half bunch of fresh mint


Full of lovely fresh veg and herbs, this couscous salad is delicious served with citrussy Greek-style chicken.
