Breakfast! Part 3.

Hello again! In this posi I'll show you some quick to make recepies. I recommend you to try them!!

1.Apple and pecan porridge.
Ingredients:
     BASIC PORRIDGE

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 600 ml milk or organic soya milk 
      APPLE AND PECAN TOPPING

  • 30 g unsalted pecans 
  • 1 eating apple 
  • maple syrup


Porridge is a good breakfast, it's cheap, it's filling and it's easy to make.

2.Egg and mango chutney flatbreads
Ingredients:

  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 100 g raising flour, plus extra for dusying
  • 6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 fresh red chilli

    Yummy breakfast and it's not too tricky to make! Eggs are really inportant for our diet, I recommend it.

    3.One cup panecakes whith blueberries.
    Ingredients:

  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 1 cup of self-raising flour 
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 200g blueberries 
  • olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt 



  • These are the simplest pancakes to make! You don't even need a scale to weight out the ingredients, all you need a cup or a mug.
