Snacks! part 2.

Hello! I'll show you few snack you can do easly and have them allways whith you.

1. Basic latkes
Ingredients:
  • 2 large Maris Piper potatoes , (600g total)
  • 1 onion , optional
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • vegetable oil , for frying
  • Half a bunch of fresh woody herbs, such as sage, rosemary.


A perfect base for all kinds of tasty toppings

2. Pork and apple sausage rolls
Ingredients:
  • 1 leek
  • 1 Royal Gala apple
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 500 g minced pork
  •  teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 500 g puff pastry
  • 1 large free-range egg


Sounds oddly but it's really yummy

3. Cheese and becon pinwheels
Ingredients:
  • plain flour , for dusting
  • 500 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 12 thin slices higher-welfare smoked pancetta
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
