Dance and vacation

Hey everyone,

Not A Long Time ago I had my school dance , me and my friend had to open up the dance. Then everyone started dancing Polonez but when we started dancing it started to rain. After polonez there was dinner and there was a lot of snacks and fruits. Whole class was dancing till the end of the dance. Everyone was shocked because the teachers were dancing as well.

Two days after the dance i got some information from my parents that we are going to Spain. I was very happy when i heard the news, because thats going to be my first time outside the country.

I like it here in Spain, because we have nice little house, the house is close to the water, but too bad the water is too  cold to swim in it, but for very lazy days we got lots of activities like going to the pool or going out. Overall i am enjoying my time here.
Soon I will have my graduation. So I will have to write another blog for you guys. I will miss you guys and writing for you guys.

A strange fish

A week ago I bought fish for my dad , but one of the fish ate them. We gave it to my boyfriend who was happy from this fish got an aquarium.

Later, in order for the fish not to be alone, he bought a strange animal which is called Mexican axolotl. There is a fish during her life turns into a amphibia can be recognized when they swim to the surface of the water and draws air. It will be possible for me to be in my arms, I am so afraid of how to come to a boy to see him and a strange creature to investigate next to him on the ground. I am scared by its size and the fact that it is a predator. It grows to 30 cm and feeds on all smaller fish than it is. Rarity for him are flies and earthworms. My boyfriend, sorely afraid of the first days, the fish did not want to eat anything.

 Yesterday I became convinced and decided to go to feed. I caught earthworms for pensete and put him under the muzzle. I was very surprised how quickly he ate, in a fraction of a second there was no sign of the worm. Day by day, this fish is getting less and less.

A small trip to Świnoujście

Hi everyone!

In the last week, my boyfriend and Hubert went to Świnoujście together to the plot. We had to help Hubert mow the lawn and paint a tree house.

We arrived by train about 10 a.m we got on the ferry and we got to the center. We were hungry so we went to eat something quickly and then went to the plot. I was shocked what a huge plot Hubert has just over the lagoon. We arranged the grass quickly and ate a barbecue and we started painting. Now, after painting, Hubert grandmother arrived, and decided to show us around Świnoujście. I was shocked that so many interesting places are there. I knew only Swinoujscie from the beach and the promenade, it turned out that not only the sea is in Świnoujście. We returned to Szczecin together with Hubert Grandma.

We returned to Dąbie around 9 p.m. We all went to the Dąbskie lakes, but it was not the same as the beautiful lagoon and the sea.

Junior high school ball

Hi everyone!


Tomorrow I have a junior high school ball. All girls are constantly talking about dresses and make-up.

I still did not have a dress this morning, but luckily I went to the store with my mother after school. Amazingly, I found a dress. But there were boots and a handbag for that. It was a massacre. After 3 hours I found shoes, a little too small, but I hope I will do it.I found the bag quickly because with my mother we were terribly tired and we went to the first store and we grabbed the first black bag we saw and left the shop.

I am surprised that in one day I found all the outfit for the ball, because my friends had everything ready for the month before the bal.

Avengers Endgame

Hi everyone!

I went to the cinema with my boyfriend and his friend Hubert for Avenger's Endgame. I really disliked this idea because I don't like any movies from Marvel, but somehow they convinced me to go.

The show was supposed to start at 21:45, so we had time to buy popcorn and drinks, then we went inside and we sat down waiting for the show to begin, Hubert and Kuba were really hyped up about the move, but I really did not know about what.

Movie began a little bit on the sad side because Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man/Tony Stark) was in space and he was ready to die, becasue he was running out of oxygen, but Capitan Marvel saved him. Avengers added Capitan Marvel to the team and they tried to fix everything that Thanos did to earth. In the movie there was a lot of  sad moments, because Black Window died to get the Soul Stone.

Guys went out the cinema and they were kinda sad and I did not understand why, because I really enjoyed the movie. They told me why they were sad, because it might be the end of the Avengers series, because Robert Downey Jr. died and Capitan America got old which was suprising. I really liked this movie so I might have to re-watch everything during the May holidays.

My brother a Sailor

Hey guys!

I got a brother he is 21 years old and he goes to Maritime University of Szczecin. Mateusz's school is a little bit diffrent. One year of school takes approximately 10 weeks, he finishes his school year 5 times faster than us. The school has to be like that. It has to end fast, in 10 weeks, because after 10 weeks the students got 3 months on leave.

Well the job seems like it's nice, but it actually is very hard. Mateusz a week before the end of school saw a great opportunity to set sail. He went to his teachers, and he adked if I can bring them homework. Homework will get to me by mail. Teachers agreed to everything.

My brother was supposed to fly aut to Malaga on March 8th, there he would have been waiting for his ship. Mateusz found out that he'll be setting sail on March 11th, because where the ship was a dock before there was too much ice, and they wouldn't have gotten there on time.

Right now my brother is in Algerie and he's got grain to ship. In the next week he'll be going to Casablanca to get sand, and in about a month he will be in Police, there I'll be able to see him and see the ship he's on.

I can't wait until I get to see him. This a rare occasion that I will be able to explore the ship. I really do miss my brother. His cruise is supposed to take up around 6 to 8 months.

The best pancakes in the world

Hi! 

Today I will give you a recipe for promised pancakes.

Ingradients (for 8 pancakes)

2½ cups all-purpose flour (310g)

3 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon baking powder 

2½ cups buttermilk (600ml)

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1stick, melted

2 eggs, whites and yolks separated

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, plus more for serving 

blueberry, optional

chocolate chips, optional 

maple syrup, for serving

Preperation

1) In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda and whisk to combine.

2) In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add the buttermilk, melted butter, and egg yolks and whisk to combine.

3) Add the buttermilk mixture to the dry intergradients and gently fold with a rubber spatula until just combined.

4) Add the egg whites and fold until just combined. Be sure not to overmix. Some lumps okay.

5) Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes ot room temperature.

6) Add the butter to a cast iron skillet and heat over medium low heat. Once the butter has melted and is bubbling, reduce the heat to medium-low and add ⅓ cup (75g) of batter to the pan.

7) Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface. If adding any toppings like chocolate chips or blueberries, sprinkle over the pancake. Flip the pancakle over and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

8) Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

Friend from Canada

Hi!

Couple days ago I met my boyfriends friend. Hubert has been in Canada for seven years, he came back to Poland just now.

Well what I got to know from Hubert, Canada's climate is very diffrent from Poland. Hubert has told me that the highest temperature in the summer he  has experienced is +32 celsius, so I told him in Poland that's a standard, so he told me about the temperatures in winter, and I could not belive it. Sometimes it can get -57 celsius, and I just told him that I wouldn't be able to survive over there.

Some places he has went to are pretty interesting. Such as Vancouver, he showed me couple of pictures ond it's just beautiful there. Lots of mountains around you which makes the view from your hotel or your house even better, and if you lived close to the ocean you'd just fall in love with the whole view.

Hubert also told me that Canada must be one of the most friendliest countries in the world, because he has never met a rude Canadian.

There's another thing he really liked about Canada is that they really like to learn about other cultures, different lifestyles, religion, ethnicity and much more.

Hubert brought back Maple Syrup. Together we all mode some American pancakes. In the next post I could share the reciple with you all. ;)

April Fool's Day

Hi everyone!

Today is 1 April. It is April Fool's Day at His Day we can mate prants for family and friends. My mother is very afraid of a mauses. 

 I was going to shop and I bought a white toy which looked like a mouse. Firsty I gave it to my cat it wasn't interesed with a white a pet. Me and my brother decided to put a mouse on our mom shoulder. But we left this toy on the floor our mom haven't seen it and We were very disuppointed and we decided to relise first our plan - we put the mouse on her shoulder.

 When we did that our mother weren't scared and we were disappointed for a second time in a row. She wasn't screaming. My mother was happy that we havea new, small and cute pet. We can score this as a succesfull April Fool's day because she was thinking that it is real animal but it was a toy. We were not satisfied, but that's better then nothing. How was your day?

Confirmation

Hi everyone!

 Today I had confirmation sacrament almost whole family come to church with me.

 After holy mass we went to our house. It was very cold, so my baby cousin went home earler. We were eating some food and borsch. My mom has also baked very good cake for a desert and It was delicous.

 After couple of hours everyone were full and wanted to go home. After they left we had to clean up everything. I was really tired, I have took a shover and then I went a sleep. How was your day?

Suprise

Hi everyone!

Last week my lovely boyfriend told me that he has suprise for me. He didn't wanted to tell me anything. I didn't knowed what to do, I was angry and curious at the same time.

At the evening he ashed me to go to the shop with him, I forgot about suprise. I was confused when we when we arrived to Outlet Park. He decided to take me to the cinema as a suprise!

It was a horror film and It was good. Later we went to McDonald's for a romantic MacMenu :D So point for him, he made this day better that it was. What about you? Has someone done something like that for you?

Fun jump

Hi everyone!

Last week I was at ''Fun jump'' in Szczecin ,it is a place where you can jump on trampolines with friends. There is a lot of children ,but adults and teenagers can also have fun.

I was there with my brother ,his girlfriend and my boyfriend. We took family ticket to make it cheaper. We were at this place for almost an hour laughing ,jumping and diving into the tanks filled with sponge squeres. 

I really get tired ,and next day I noticed that muscule hurts. I spending free time more active and I recommend it for you because it's better than lying in bed. Do not waste you life!

Boar in the garden

Hi!

Today I want to tell you a story about my Hollidays, expecially my father.

My dad come to home from cruise. He was going to garden ,when he was a boar which was running araund garden. Boar couldn't get out by the fance.My dad called all men from area.When neighbors came a boar forced a fance and got out of garden. My father was actinglike a crazy man which came from the wilds. In order to keep away neighborhood we made better fance. They were looks like very funny as army which was going on a war.

for this day all neighbors was laughing for my crazy dad and we were give though of the boar was real.

Strange situation

Hi everyone!

This morning I went to the school. In front of me there was a walking a man. At the point man was walking very strange.

I faced and the man was juncle an the footcloth. I don't know what I must to do.Fortunately I saw a car. I stoped woman in this car and she told me go to school. I gave a woman my telephone number and I asked for informing me about a man. I was thinking about man all day. At least woman called me and told me that he is fine. After school I went to the hospital to see this man. He was very grateful for help his live.

When I think about this sytuation I covid act diferently but I was schocked about that sytuation. Next time I will known what  I have do.

"Mia and the white lion"

Hi everyone!

Today I went to the cinema with my cousin. I was on the movie "Mia and the white lion". When we went to screening room our seats were taken, fortunately my cousin went to this people and told them they made a mistake and they agreed, apologised and changed their seats.

The film was about family witch moved from London to Australia. The girl-Mia got the white lion on the Christmas. Firstly girl doesn't convince for this "pet" but with time she loved that white lion and gave it name "Charlie". When Charlie grown up, girl's parents were baring her to meet a lion. Regardless She was meeting lion secretly. Her brother taken a photo of lion and Her. Then her parents found out about that. The girl ran away with Charlie.

On this film I was crying maby a lot five times in a row and when lion was jumping on girl I was scared. J though Charlie sometimes wanted to eat Mia. Anyway like that film.

Ernest

Hi everyone!

This weekend my boyfriend's neighbor find a small dog. My boyfriend adopted it. Dog was in the bag in the forest. Neighbor heared it becouse dog was screaming.

It isn't a normal dog. It name is Ernest as writter Ernest Hemingway. It has got two another colours of eyes. One eye is blue but second one is brow. I's mixed breed. Ernest is a hasky and labrador as one. Ernest's colour is black and beige. When neighbor found Ernest he had three months. He is a big dog and he has got big paws.

Every Saturday and Sunday we were going with Ernest on two hours long walk. On a wak we are running but Ernest was run about five metters and than he was stopping to eat heavy sand or grass. On Hollidays when Ernest hrow up we are planning to start running with him. Maby then it could be more interesting than eating grass.

Walk

Hi everyone!

Today I want to write about two days of healthy live. Today there was beautifull weather. At the morning I had a trening and healthly breakfast. 

Then me and my boyfriend went for a walk. It was very sunny but it wasn't hot. I was wearing a light clothes - it was a mistake. I was feeling like Anna from ,,Frozen”.

We went to the lake and we met boars. Firstly I was afraid. Then I realized that these boars are familiarized. They saw us and then slowly walked away. We did the same.We swung around and went to the shop becouse we wanted some potato crispsb. We planned to watch some films on Netflix.

So we did what we have planned in the evening we were lying in bed and we were watching "Rick and Morty".

I really loved that trip and lazy evening. Potato crips were so tasty.

Helthly food

Hello!

This day I decided to change something in my life. I want to eat helthly food. When I got up I did 30 minutes long exercises. After training I made brakefast and then lunch.

There is a recipe if you want try this.

You need:

- 55 g burgoo

- 2 spoon of linseed

- Big apple

- spoon with cinamon

You have to boli burgoo with linseed. Then you must rub half of an apple. You mix burgoo and linseed with half of an apple. And put it into a bowl. Then add a cinamon.

For lunch I prepared a smoothie. There you have a recipe.

- 150g bluberrys

- 125 ml almond milk

- 1 spoon honey

- few bluberrys and  leaf of mint for decoration.

You put it into a mixer, mix. Finished! Yeah it is already finished.

I really like healthy food it is tasty. Keep your fingers for my diet.

Monopoly

Hi everyone!

Last weekend I was playing  ''Mario Monopoly''. It isn’t a usual monopoly. Every charkter has got different skill.

For example the first  character Mario. When Mario stands on a field with star. You can throw the dices one more time and get coins from bank. Number of coins which you get eqals the number you throwed by dices plus five more.

For the second one we can take Donkey Kong. When he stands on a field with star it gets three coins from each player.

You can also  get more characters like: 

- Wario

- Fire Mario

- Diddy Kong 

- Toad

- Rosalina

- Luigi

- Boo

- Tanooki Mario

Becouse they are not included in standard version.I played with my boyfriend and three other friends.I played using Mario character. As always I have lost.I do not know how they do that.I hope I will be better after few more games.
