Dance Competitions

Today I'm going to write about dance competitions, because many of you are wondering how it looks like. Tournament usually lasts one or two days. At the beginning you have to arrive at the competition. If lasts two days you need to book a hotel. Competitions usually start in the morning and finish in the evening. Competitions can be played in categories open, gpp (Grand Prix Poland) and class categories. After arrival at the tournament you need to register. Then you go to the locker room and you prepare to check dancefloor out or you improve make-up. Next you warm up. After warming up, you have to wear a dance dress and when the time is right, you go on the dancefloor and you dance. Sometimes you have few categories in one day. Depending on the amount of couples there are many or few rounds. Semifinals and finals are usually danced on gala. Dancers who are in final win rewards (cups, medals, money and other things). After the competition you return to your house.
