PBE changes: 19th Oct - 27th Oct

Hello! There are changes from second part of this PBE cycle.

• Masteries Assets:
  In 10/19 patch there were added new pictures for mastery pages. They aren't available in game client yet, they are probably prepared to be turned on at the next cycle. 

• Centered splash arts:
  In patch 10/16 centered versions of most of splash arts were added, but removed in update few hours later. In 10/19 update they were re-added. You can see them there:

• Zombie Slayer [Harrowing] login theme:
  Harrowing is coming, so there come the new login screen! Here it is.

  What do you think about it? I prefer the second one.. oh, I forgot..
• Championship FINALS 2015 login theme:
  We are near to the finals of League Championship, season 2015. For it, Riot made new login screen. By the way music from it is on actual login screen, but without vocal. There sings Nicki Taylor. Listen to it. (Title of it is Worlds Collide; it's currently on Spotify ;-) )

• Slayer Jinx's changes:
  Before fighting with zombies Jinx have to look awesome! So she probably went to the hairdresser and washed her clothes. Well, look how she is actually looking like.

• Slayer Jinx, Slayer Pantheon, Zombie Nunu - Splash art
  There's also a splash art for new skins. Zombie Nunu has flipped version of general splash to be more visible in client, It's awesome!

• New Summoner Icons:
  Harrowing, Harrowing, Harrowing.. You know what does it mean? Yup, new Summoner icons. Small thing, but very imprortant for some people (For example i love my DJ Sona's icon :D). One Icon shows Zombie Brand (Haroowing 2012 skin), the second one Slayer Pantheon.
  We also have new icons due to championship semifinals. Look at them.

• Ranked Reward Borders:
  Finally! We know how this year's borders that shows up on loading screen are looking like!
  There's ones for Bronze/Unranked players, and for each league's V division. As a reminder: season ends 10.11.2015 at 23:59:59.

• Zilean's new passive changes:
  Now it has 120 second cooldown.
• Mordekaiser's W changes:
  Now his passive grants him "bonus experience equal to 50% of the experience lost from sharing". Previously it granted him full experience from each source, amount of champions weren't changing it.
• Riven's Ultimate changes:
  Cooldown has been changed to 130/95/60 on level 1/2/3 of this ability. Previously it was 110/85/50.
