Mid-season Mages Update - now on PBE.

Hello guys! Sorry, this post was planned for yesterday, but I felt really bad. But now I'm back, let's go!
  • Brand:
    -Blaze (P): Stacks now up to 3 times, dealing 2% of max HP over 4s, except non-stacking 8% max HP over 4s.
    New effect: When reaches max stacks on champion or large monster, the Blaze becomes unstable, dealing (about 12 +0,5 per level)% (+ about 1.5% per 100AP) of each nearby enemy champion max HP as a magic damage after 2 seconds. Champion affected by unstable Blaze cannot be affected by it for 4s.

    -Sear (Q); Stun duration 1,5s. Damage 80/110/140/170/200.  AP scaling 55%

    -Pillar of Flame (W): Cooldown 10/9,5/9/8,5/8s. Mana cost  60/70/80/90/100.

    -Conflagration (E); Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6. Damage 70/90/110/130/150. AP scaling 35%.

    -Pyroclasm (R): Damage 100/200/300. AP scaling changed to 25%. Now tries to make as many bombs with third stack of Blaze, as it's possible. If target if ablaze, slows by 30/45/60%.

  • Cassiopeia

    Base stats:
    Increased: Base health, mana, armor, mana regen increase per level, health regen, AD.
    Decreased: Armor increase per level, Base mana regen, AD increase per level

    -Serpentine Grace (new Passive): Cassiopeia grants 4 movement speed per level, but she cannot pucharse boots items.

    -Noxious Blast (Q): Mana cost 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown 4s. Damage 75/120/165/210/255. Movement speed 20/22,5/25/27,5/30%. Movement speed duration 2s.

    -Miasma (W): Now fires multiple clouds that lands at 800 range or first terrain, slowing by 35% and making unable to use ANY MOVEMENT ABILITIES. It deals 20 to 80 (+15% of AP) magic damage per second. Mana cost 70. Cooldown 22/20/18/16/14.  

    -Twin Fang (E): Mana cost 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown 0.9s. Base damage scales with level and starts at 52 on 1st level. AP scaling 10%. If poisoned, deals bonus 10/40/70/100/130 damage +35% AP and Cassiopeia heals for 5/10/15/20/25 +10% AP.

    -Petryfying Gaze (R): Slow reduced to 40%.

  • Malzahar:

    -Void shift (New Passive)
    If he hasn't been damaged or crowd controlled for 26 (minus 1 per level, stopping on level 6), Malzahar gains 90% damage reduction and crowd control immunity for 1s after trying to put on CC. Damage reduction doesn't work on lane minions damage, but they don't reset it's cooldown.

    -Call of the Void (Q): Mana cost 60. Cooldows 6s. Damage 70/115/160/205/250. AP scaling 60%. Silence duration 1/1,25/1,5/1,75/2s.

    -Void Swarm (new W) Now spawns a voildling that lasts up to 12s. If voidling first time attacks a champion, large or epic monster, or assists in killing any unit, there spawns the next one with the same remaining duration. When there are 3 or more voidlings active, they all gain 100% attack speed. No more voidlings spawn if they are about to disappear (4s). 

    -Malefic Visions (E): Mana cost 60/70/80/90/100. Damage 80/120/160/200/240. AP scaling 60%. Mana restore changed to 2% of max Mana. Duration refreshed if Q or R used on target.

    -Nether Grasp (R): Flat damage removed. Now creates a zone dealing 6% (+1% per 100 AP) of enemies max HP per second for 5 seconds and stuns target for 2.5s.

  • Vel'koz

    -Plasma Fission (Q): Now restores 50% of mana cost per unit killed. Range indicator is now visible only to Vel'koz.

    -Live Form Desintegration Ray (R): Damage 550/800/1050 +100% AP.  Cooldown 120/100/80. No longer applies Passively, after hitting 3 charges of Vel'koz' passive, Researches target for 7 seconds. If target is researched, R deals true damage, except of magic.

  • Vladimir:

    Base stats:
    Increased: Base HP, base AD, base armor.
    Decreased: Health increase per level, armor increase per level.

    -Transfusion (Q): Cooldown 9/8/7/6/5s. Damage 80/100/120/140/160 +45% AP. Heal 20/25/30/35/40 +15% AP. After cating Q twice, next time it cools down, Vladimir gains 2.5s of 100% increased Q damage, and it heals for bonus 40+15 per level plus(5%+2.5  AP) of his missing health.

    -Tides of Blood (E): Range 600. Cooldown 9s. 

    -Hemoplague (R): Duration 4s. Increasing damage 10%. Now heals for 50% of every damage dealt to champion.

  • Zyra:

    Base stats:
    Increased: Movement speed, Base HP

    -Garden of Thorns (new Passive): Now zyra spawns periodically seeds around her, that lasts up to 45s. Max 8 seeds planted. Casting Q or E on them causes them to grow plants. Plants live 5 to 7.5s based on Zyra's level. Base plant's HP is now down to 2, but it increases with W range.

    -Deadly spines (Q): Mana cost 60. Damage 60/90/120/150/180 +55% AP. Now it has a rectangular shape.

    -Rampant Growth (W): No longer increses cooldown reduction. Now increases plant's health by 10/20/30/40/50%.

    -Stranglethorns (R) now increases plants damage by 150%. No longer increases plants attack speed.
