My adventure with powerlifting #3 \ Last post

Good Morning! This is the last post, because the school year is ending and I’ll graduate. Now I’m going to tell you about testing my rep maxes. My goal was 140kg squat, 150 kg deadlift and 110kg bench press. Unfortunately I had a plateau. So I did only 130kg squat, 135kg deadlift and 97,5kg bench press. National record in squat in my category is 190kg. I’ll continue my powerlifting adventure. In summer I’ll work at the beach for a month, so I’ll have a break. Now I want to make of time  as I can. In the end of June I’ll test my maxes again. Then when I come back I’ll try linear periodization. That mean I start with light weight and high repetitions and end with heavy weights and low repetitions. I hope that I’ll have no plateau quickly. When my weights will be higher I’ll compete. My adventure with Powerlifting #2

Good morning! It was a long time ago when I posted last blog about me. It’s time to inform you about that. On the 5th of January 2018 I finished ‘Bill star 5x5’  training plan and started Texas method for advanced. It’s also based on beating personal records every week and also there is bench press and military press cycle. For now, my best lifts are 100kg squat , 85kg bench press, 50kg military press and 115 kg deadlift, all for 5 repetitions. You have a video of my training below. Now I’m going to talk about diet. On January I was doing a mini cut. It means really short cutting. Just to reduce fat a little bit. Then I came back to gaining lean mass. I set a specific goal: do a 150kg deadlift, 140kg squat and 110kg bench press, all for 1 repetitions. The deadline is on last trainings of May. So, how I’m going to do that? When I pass an exam, which is on the April, I’m going to reduce repetitions to 3. Then a month before deadline I’m going to reduce repetitions to 2 and 1. A week before I’m going to chill out.

Hi! My name is Jasper ;)



Hello everybody, my name is Jasper but my friends call me "Joya" . I’m 16 years old. I live with my parents in Szczecin. I haven’t got any siblings but I have a dog. His name is Breck and his race is Jack Russell Terrier. I’m quite tall and medium built. I have small grey eyes and short blond hair. What about my personality? I think I’m a confident and sociable person. I’m an optimist and I have a lot of good energy. I like all school subjects but my favourite one is English. I’m interested in sports entertainment.
