PAWEŁ ZAGUMNY

Polish volleyball player, quarterback, in the years 1996-2014 representative of the country.
Alumnus MKS MDK Warszawa, then AZS Warsaw University of Technology. Professional career began in 1995 in the Black Radom, where after two seasons went to the Sea of ​​Szczecin. In 2000 Zagumny went to Italy for three years to represent the colors of premier Edilbasso Padua. The 2003-2009 period is spent on game AZS Olsztyn. One year later he went abroad representing the colors of the Greek Panathinaikos. Since 2010 he was a player ZAKSY Kedzierzyn-Kozle. Since the season 2015/2016 he played for AZS Warsaw University of Technology.
 

It is the only Polish volleyball player who played in four Olympic tournaments (1996, 2004, 2008 and 2012). At the world championships in 2006 he won a silver medal with the national team, and also received the title of best quarterback of the event. Three years later at the European Championships with the national team won the European title and was awarded the title of best quarterback of the event. He also won a silver medal at the World Cup of 2011 and the gold medal of the World League 2012. At the 2014 World Cup with the national team won the world title, the first in 40 years in the Polish volleyball. After this tournament, he announced the completion of appearances for the Polish national team in which he performed 18 years.

KS AGH Kraków

AGH AZS Krakow - Section volleyball men, operating under a multiple sports club AZS AGH Kraków. From 2013 again he is in the league.

Section of the retina in the Circle of Sports AZS AGH was established in 1952. And in 1957. University Club was created in close cooperation with the study WFiS - using its professional staff and base housing. The result of this cooperation is the leading place in the ranking of AZS AGH AZS Clubs university environment of Krakow and national polytechnics.

The son of former volleyball player. Born in Walbrzych, but grew up in Nysa, where his father in the mid-90s enjoyed success with the local Stal [6]. The first contact with the retina was 8 years old, but in addition to the volleyball in his youth also coached basketball. In the third year of primary school she moved to the class profile volleyball. She has a younger brother - James.

 

- Dominik Depowski

Volleyball career began in Orion Sulechów, where at age 15 he moved to the club AZS Czestochowa. First appointed to the Representation of the Cadets led by Ireneusz Mazur in 1994. He attended the School of Sports Championship in Rzeszow. He returned to AZS Czestochowa in the 1997/1998 season and continued to play in AZS Czestochowa to 2001, he won all the individual titles Championships Polish with Polish Cup. In the following years he continued to play in clubs Nordea Black Radom, Poland Skra Belchatow and Energy Sosnowiec, which in 2004 won the Polish Cup and the prize of Best Quarterback Polish Cup. With Sosnowiec moved to the Greek Panathinaikos. He also represented the Turkish club Halkbank Ankara, Russian Dynamo-Jantar Kaliningrad and Italian Itas Diatec Trentino, which won the Champions League in Lodz and won the Best Quarterback Champions League. The Italian league has been awarded statuettes MVP.

April 2, 2015, he received the player Stephane Antiga debut calling for a wide representation of senior Polish representative on the season in 2015 [1]. Previously, he played in the frame B, among others, in the Europa League in 2014 [2]. .

Debut in the national team was May 28, 2015 in a win over Russia (3: 0) in phase intercontinental World League [3] by including the full match, scoring 14 points [4] and with the statuette of the best player of the match.The Polish national team played 39 matches (as of 01.10.2016 r.)

 

Chemik Police

After a two-sided meetings and decisive victories Chemist Police in Szczecin, also in the third final match, defending the championship title of the players left no doubt rivals.
