Extreme water sports #3 Windsurfing

Hello everyone

Windsurfing is a water sport that we cultivate with a board to which a special sail made of double-layered polyester film is attached. Windsurfing is one of the sailing disciplines performed at the Olympic Games. From 2016, Polish sailors Małgorzata Białecka and Piotr Myszka won the gold medal in competitions held in Rio de Janeiro. Windsurfing has many different varieties. I decided to choose the most popular and interesting ones.

Freestyle - consists in performing various tricks on the board. This is a very old variation of windsurfing, which with the appearance of lighter and more agile boards has become more and more popular.

Formula-Racing Regatta is the fastest variation of windsurfing. It takes place with strong and weak winds. The equipment is chosen by the participant, the only condition is compliance with the rules of Formula and ISAF.

Super X - is a discipline that has recently gained popularity. It is a combination of Freestyl and slalom competition. The race is very similar to the slalom route, except for the 60 cm buoy, which you need to jump over, there are also areas in the route where the player must perform the appropriate maneuver.

Extreme water sports #2 Kite-surfing

Hello everyone

For kite-surfing you need a special kite that is attached  with a rope to the kite-surfer costume. This sport must take place with a favorable wind. Another important thing is the board, which should have a length of 1 to 2 meters.

These boards have a low displacement and are divided myself on several types. The most popular type is the Twin-tip allows you to swim in two directions. The second most popular is the directional board has special stripes, thanks to which the board easily touch to the kit-surfer feet, it is adapted to racing in competitions.

A kite-surfing kite can range from a few to over twenty square meters. He is responsible for the speed with which we move. Of course, there are several types of kites. The best is to convert IDS because it is good for both beginners and advanced Kit-surfers.

It is safe and stable. The Kit-surfing record was set by the Polish kit-surfer
Victor Borsuk, who decided to use kite-surfing equipment in conjunction with a car driving on the beach, thanks to which he gained a lot of power and climbed to a record height of 68 m.

Extreme water sports #1 Surfing

Hello everyone!

Surfing is the best extreme sport for all who keen on water and waves.Modern people think that the Polynesians have started surfing practice because they have done very well with water. After arriving in Hawaii, the indigenous people of Polynesia brought with them all the traditions and practice of swimming on boards.

Surfing is the longest possible floating on a sea wave in a standing position. The best effect can be elicit on coastal waves and those that reach a length cross five meters. To do this sport, you need a special board about eight feet long.

Surfing has its easier variation:

body-board -discipline in which it is much easier to keep the balance on the board, which is smaller than the one for surfing. Instead of standing on
her, you can lie down or sit down, which will allow us to freely use our hands and legs as a drive and this will help us to catch up with the sea wave.

See you later next time!

Schedule of meals

Most of us have problem with eating in the morning. It hoes very hard when you have to wake up at 5 o'clock and have enough energy for making a breakfast. I've found out how to start a day with a relish.

First step is planning your all day.
Find about 20 minutes for each meal. Remember you should eat at the same time. Your body will adapt to new habits.
Second step - forget about popular myth 'Have supper at 6-7 o'clock, not later'.
For example if you go sleep in the midnight that means being without meal 5 hours.
Better way is having a snack 2-3 h before go to sleep. This ritual can avoid being hungry and binge eating.
Third step is having friendly atmosphere around. Stay positive ale celebrate formal dinner with family or friends.

I hope my tips will be helpful.

The Greatest trends from 80s

Today I'm gonna tell you about the most popular trends from past. Kitch or art? Let's see.

1. Mini skirts

Girls and... women loved them. Strong colours and diffrents materials. Perfect with high heels or very popular in 80s Reebok shoes. Often wearing with pair of leggins (in other neon colour).

2. Oversized Tops

For example sweaters, sweatshirts and T-shirts in really big size. Hot with miniskirts or leggins. It's extremely popular today, too. We can wear oversize sweaters all time - it's really comfortable.

3. Leg Warmers

Something that I can't understand. Wearing them don't have many sense. They were very popular with leggins. Rather sport style, but girls wore them with high heels, too.

4. Madonna style

80s was time of fashion icon. Madonna is one of them. She was an inspiration to many people. Bodysuit, high-waisted jeans, pearls. It's a small part of thing that she made popular.

5. Neon outfits

Neon colours is my first think about 80s. Fuchsia was extremely popular. Dresses, jackets or even trousers. All clothes in one, neon colour? Why not?! 80s were totally crazy :)

Thank you for your time.

Trends that aren't invited to 2018

Week ago I told you about best trends for 2018 (HERE). Today I'm gonna tell you about "out" trends.

1. Corset

In last season we can wear corset with everything. For example t-shirt or even sweatshirt. Corset could make your outfit more special and trendy. Not this year.

2. Bomber jacket

We could wear this jacket with literally everything. Perfect for elegant and sport looks. This time we have to forget about this type of jacket. Bomber jacket isn't chic like (the most trendy in this season) trench.

3. Millennial pink in total look

One of bloggers (and mine) favourite colors. So what's wrong? This kind of pink is pastel and we associate it with candy and cotton candy. Something for little girls, not for elegant women.

4. Pom-poms

First idea - basket bag with colourful pom-poms. Do you remember sweatshirts in this style? This trend is "out" and I'm happy about it.

5. Logos

Gucci t-shirts was extremely popular last spring and summer. We had Levi's logo, too. In 2018 we have to forget about big logos and writings. We are going to wear simple t-shirts - it sounds good to me.

Until next time :)

Before it happened

Hi guys! I am writing this one, because I want to tell you a bit more before I start full steam ahead.

In my earlier post I told you I’m going to write about an adventure. So what exactly was that ? Maybe some of you thought that I flew to the moon or something like this, but…No.

I was a part of project called “Blue School”. It was 2 months cruise from Szczecin to the Canary Islands. It sounds like nothing special till you know that the ship crew was composed mostly of teenagers. There were only a few adults. After long and complicated recruitment I get in! From my point of view it was like winning the lottery.

I was really scared but excited. There was the most dangerous and the most amazing adventure of my life before me. Finally came the day of embarkation. I packed my bags and want to the place where ‘Fryderyk Chopin’ was waiting. It was the best day of my life!

That’s all for today. Till the next time!

Introducing me

My name is Julia and I just want to say hello to you, because since today I started to write on this blog.  I’m almost 16 years old and I’m in the last year at secondary school.

Everybody says I’m distracted and I must agree. I’m always hurry and always late. I love spending my free time with friends on talking and laughing a lot. They are pretty crazy just like me.

I like learning about new things and meeting new people. I hate boredom. I like when there’s much happening, but as same as everyone else I need time for rest. When I’m alone in my room I’m keen on listening to music and watching series.

I’ve never really been into dolls and all these girls stuff. I’ve always wanted an adventure and so it happened. That’s what I’m going to write about. Some kind of diary of the most exiting experience of my lifetime...

What was that? You'll know soon!

Old VS New - Part One|Old Fashion in Animation|

Hi, its first part of my posts where i am comparing old cartoons with new ones. Today i will write about animation in old fashion!

-Animation in old cartoons

1-Traditional animation (cel animation) is an animation style where every frame is drawn by hand on a transparent paper.

Traditional animation has been used in every Disney 2D movie.

2-Stop motion animation is based on pupets or clay figures, in this animation style every frame is made by changing position of an element on the plan.

This style is noticably uncommon and animators dont use it a lot but we can see this in a "Chicken Run" or in "The Nightmare Before Christmas".

Its everything for today

Activites and bodies

Sport like running, swimming or riding a bike have only postitive impact for health. If joints work well, you don't have a contraindicating to be active. Motion outside has innumerable physical benefits, incluging prevent common illness like flu.

Running help: avoid weight gain, stay flexible for a long time, clear mind and get rid of stress.
Swimming can help people who want to lose weight. It impoves health of heart, lungs and blood vessels. It also can be a form of mental therapy for people with psychological disorders and depression. Contact with water means burnning calories quick and very easily.
Some risk is involved with participating in sports. Modern intensity activites are more dangerous beside swimming or cycling. Someone who is obese shouldn't try to negotiate a marathon without lead-up or warming-up exercises. People with obesity should at the be gining try sport with not high pace for example nordic walking.

Think about your body in the future. Start running or playing footbal. Ever of all activites has advantages and disadvantages. If you don't move more than 30 minutes a few times in a week, you'll be ill, and miserable.

Your Maggie.

Trends for 2018 (2)

Today I’m going to tell you about daily trends for 2018. ‘Daily’ means things that we can  wear every second day for school or work.

1.Total look
Trend from last season. Thousands bloggers love outftits which are in 100%  in one colour. For example Jemerced loves red. For ‘normal’ day we can wear all  in white or all in grey.

2. Trenchcoat
Something really classic that every woman  must have in  her wardrobe. Perfect with jeans or elegant dress.Parisians favourite type of coat.

3. Country garden
Flowers, flowers and… again flowers. Small and on light background. This pattern will look great on dresses, skirts and shirts.

4. Checkmate

Usually the best pattern for autumn, but this year will be loved in spring and summer. You should take checkered shirt out if you have it. Simple look – favourite jeans and that shirt. Maybe trench as a coat in this outfit? Think about it!

5. Oversize
Things in bigger size than yours are still very trendy. I’m sure that you have t-shirts and sweatshirts in XXL size. Something really comfort and perfect for common days. In my imagination I see grey oversize t-shirt, boyfriend jeans and leather jacket. Cool for evening in town!

It’s everything today. As you can see – most of these trends are from previous years. In January I want to post about 2018 years. In next week: ‘out’ trends.  Thank you for your attention – until next time.

Kitchen essentials

In every kitchen there are basic products. Without them you can't prepare delicious meal.
Below I set the 3-bacterial properties and  must haves in spices. Herbs can completely change taste. Just a pinch of lovage'll enamour your partner. In India kitchen doesn't exist dish with no spices. People in country in South Asia loves to piquance. This is the reason why their diet are colorful and spicy.

1. Pepper
Black, white, green or red every kind has the good influence for are health. The first contains anti-bacterial properties, stimulates running the gastro system and relieves indigestion.
You can add it to the savoury dishes, spinkle it on sandwich. Whole black pepper grain is a perfect seasoning in soups.

2. Chili
Chili is a great sour of antioxidants and minerals e.g pottasium, manganese, magnesium and iron.
This fruit has got similiar properties as black pepper, but there is a one thing which is diffrent.
Chillies are very spicy and many people don't accept that herb on plate.

3. Parsley
Parsley is rich in nutrients like chlorophyll. It helps to cleanse the kidneys, liver and blood.
Green tonic from this herb can be helpful for dull and rough hair.
Chop parsley leaves and sprinkle it on meals to look awesome.

A little bit of spices can diametriacally change flavour in your dishes. Prepered  herbals mix contain to much salt and unnecessary fats. I've got better idea to cook tasty. Experiment in your kitchen, find perfect seasoning.

Your Maggie.

Trends for 2018 (1)

1. Colours

Forget navy and grey, it’s time for pastels and… intensive colours. This year you should forget about flowers on dark background. Good news: red stay with us!

2. Plastic

Remember transparent ankle boots? This trend is back! Plastic and transparency are really strong trend. For example Chanel presented polymer coats – perfect for rainy spring. But I have to say- it’s  for brave people who loves fashion.

3.  Shell suits

Do you remember kitschest trends from 80s? Crazy colours, funky materials. If you think that some trend from 80s is literally awful – you  can be sure that it will be really strong trend in the future. Why? You have to ask designers. Shell suit but this time is more than tracksuit – Gucci offer shell suit like daily wear.

4. Denim

Designers again move us to 70s and 80s. Total looks, really dark colours. Denim in 2018 can make our outfit flawless and (in Vouge opinion) luxury.

First part of  2018 trends. Maybe too extremal for daily look. But for days in Warsaw or London – perfect! Maybe photographer take you some photos and you will see them in Vogue! Never say never. Next time I’m going to tell you about more daily trends. So until next time!
