Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work properly. Not everyone knows that, so this is why today I'm going to tell you about why drinking water is important.
Benefits:
1. Help you to lose weight and keep your body healthy.
2. Boost your mood. People who drink more water also tend to have better moods. It is confirm with experiments on people who drinks 1,2 l water on a day and  2,5 l on a day. People eho drinks more water feels better, are less confusion and sleepiness.
3. Boost your brainpower. When you drink more water, you think better. Experiments showed that drinking water help you focus, remember better and faster.
4. Prevent headaches. Being hydrate helps you provide relief from a headaches and also migranes.
5. Protect against disease. This is one of the most important efect of drinking water. Staying hydrated may protect against kidney stones, constipation, asthma, urinary tract infections, coronary heart disease, and even possibly some cancers.
