Do you want a beautiful, firm and moisturised body? This note is for you! A lot of girls have cellulite and dry skin. This body doesn't look OK. If you listen to some rules, you will have a pretty body.
1. Do you feel bad in your body? You can start working out. Fat, thin and fit girls should train. If you work out, you will feel good and your body will look better.
2. Water, water and water. This drink is very important. You must drink 2 litres of water every day. Every day you're hydrated so water doesn't stay in your organism. If you have water in your organism, you have more kilos.
3. Cold shower. Last rinse of your shower should be done with cold water. Your skin's color will be more clear and your body will be firm.
4. Dry skin on your knees and elbows- this is the problem. You must moisturise your skin on this areas. Your body will look better.
