Breakfast!

Hi, in this post I'll show you three brilliant ideas for yummy breakfast!!

1. Bombay omelette
Ingredients:
  • half a red onion
  • 2 small vine tomatoes
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • half teaspoon ground turmeric
  • half teaspoon garam masala
  • half teaspoon ground cumin
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • half a lemon
  • 2 knobs of butter
2. Easy crumpet
Ingredients:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 300 g strong white flour
  • half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • vegetable oil , for greasing
HOMEMADE BUTTER
  • 350 ml double cream


3. Salmon toasts 
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon
  • 70 g radishes
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 12-16 slices of crispbread or thinly sliced and toasted rye bread
  • 200 g smoked salmon , from sustainable sources
  • half a punnet of cress
  • 1 handful of vein sorrel or other colourful baby leaves
  • rapeseed oil
