- 800 ml milk
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 800 g spinach
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 1 whole nutmeg , for grating
- 300 g fresh lasagne sheets
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
3. Pasta and green olive
Ingredients:
- 250g orecchiette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 1 x 150g jar of green olives
- 8 tablespoons passata
