Fizzy drinks, fast food and sweets are a danger for us. 

I've been looking for information about sugary products, and there are the most important things you should know.

What is hiding in candy? Types of sugar:

 high-fructose corn syrup - Sweetener made from corn starch. Devoid of goddnes. Composed of 55% glucose, 42% fructose, 3% others.

saccharose - Complex of fructose and glucose. Made from sugar beet and sugar cane. Devoid of vitamins.

The purpose of sugar :

In factories workers usually use corn syrup. The texture of this sugar is ideal, beacuse during production  we can mix all ingredients easily. 

Saccharose is a common white or brown sugar. We use it everyday for example we add it to tea or cakes. 

Disease and unpleasant effects:

Addiction of tasty sweet products makes people obese, agressive. They get fat and toot decay. Sugar cause diabetes, and is killing slowly.

A about the Giant Kangaroo.#1

It’s the most popular animal in Australia. This is a big marsupial of the kangaroo family. This animal occurs in the West and South of Australia. They like living in wetlands.

This animal has a small head and big ears. The kangaroo has short front paws and long feet. Average body length is 1,5 -1,8 m. Body is coveret with soft short hair. The hair colour is brown – grey with white stomach. Strong tail helps in jumping. Kangaroo has a phenomenal eyesight hearing and smeel. 

This kangaroo eats only plants for example leaves, grass and herbs. Sometimes they pasture with domestic animals.

Kangaroo is a national symbol of Australia. This animal lives only in Australia. Their image is on Australian banknotes and emblem of the country.

Kangaroos are the only animals that jump when moving. Adult kangaroo is called buck boomer or jack, female is doe, flyer or jill.

When I’m thinking about this fall I see a girl in red dress. Why?

 Red is probably the most stylish colour of this season. You can wear it in diverse options. As we can see in a photo designer propose a dress, but red is everywhere – t-shirts, skirts and of course coats. 

Let’s think about future.  We could wear red dress practically always, for a grandmum’s birthday or even Christma’s  Eve.  If you aren’t sure about how you feeling in this colour – you have to try! At first I recommend a t-shirt or a scarf. These things are very cheap and it’s perfect opportunity to check how you look in red.  In my opinion you fall in love with #colourofseason. Why? People with pale skin in red colour look awesome just like Little Red Riding Hood. People with a bit darkest skin look like Penelope Cruz or other glamorous Latina women.  Would you try?

Parachuting

Hellow everyone!

Today i will show you one of extreme sports.Parachuting are to jumps done with the designated height.

During the fly indicated exercise different acrobatic tricks,for which on the competition points are awarded.To will be able to perform this extreme sport needed is training.

At the moment,two types of training are most often selected."Static Line" That is, the landing with automatic opening of the main parachute. 

''Accelerated Free-fall course" so is there jump  of four thousand meters with instructor.

 After the transition primary training  you can take part in different skydiving disciplines such as:

-sky surf

-Formation on open parachutes

-Dynamic landing

-wing-suit

-freefly

-etc.

Parachuting may be fun and exciting.Still one should very careful because fun maybe switch on death.To keep the safety participant should spend more time on training and loved what he does.

To start their adventure with parachuting will needful right equipment:

-googles

-altimeters

-signaler

-helmet

-jump suit

-parachute(can also rent)

-flag bag

-parachute assembly

-smoke canisters (eventually)

-radio

all together cost around 3,500 thousand dollars.

Hi, I’m Weronika. Basically I don’t like writing about myself. I’m 15 and I’m in the last class in my secondary school. I live in Szczecin,  the most beautiful city of the northern Poland. 

What can I say about me? People think that I’m clever and helpful (of course it’s true), but sometimes I’m shy. I like reading books, watching series and doing all these things that girls do in their free time.  I’m very fond of travels, but I'm going to write about… fashion! I’m totally crazy about beauty and aesthetical things. If you have a problem like “I’ ve got nothing to wear” and you don’t know how to fix it I’m here for you.

I really like writing and  being a part of a bloger’s community is a big pleasure for me. I want to write for everyone, but specifically for teenagers. Young people are confused about their style.  They still haven’t found it. I hope it will be a great time with posting texts here.

Famous Polish powerlifters #1

Hello!

Today I’ll introduce you to Jarosław Olech. He’s 43 years old. He belong in ‘Wiking’ club in Strachowice.He’s been master of World and European fifteen times! He beat up some Polish and World records too!

In 2007 He won competition in Austrian Sölden and became master of world for six time. He was in weight category 75kg. He did squat with 350kg , bench press with 200kg and deadlift 310 kg. Score: 860

In November 2010 on Senior’s world competition in Pilzno he beat 3 records in 74kg category. He did squat with 365,5kg , deadlift with 320 and score: 903 kg. Also he beat Polish bench press record: 217,5 kg. His Wilks score (relation of Body weight and lifted weight) was 657 , so he was the strongest man of all bodyweights.

In 2017 he won for third time ‘World Games 2017’ in medium category with Wilks score 650,67. He weighted only 71,5 kg, but he did squat with 355 kg , bench press with 212,5 and deadlift with 315 kg!

Of course I didn’t commute all of his achievements,

 because he has a lot of it.

Hi, I’m Dariusz Strycharz. I’m 15 years old. I’m from Poland and I live in Szczecin. I’m quite tall and slim.  I’ve got quite short fair hair and blue eyes. 

My hobby is powerlifting. It’s a strength sport in which  you lift maximal weights in low range repetitions. I’ve been training since January 2016. The first year wasn’t very gainful, because I didn’t know how to workout and what to eat. I was too skinny. Now I’m resting from high weights , because I feel pain in my knee. So, I’m doing more hypertrophy trainings. My diet is concentrated to gain some muscles with low surplus calorie intake.

In this blog I’m going to tell you more about my hobby and the world of strength sports. My first blog series going to be about famous Polish powerlifters.

Today I'm going to write about film from 2014 which called "Love, Rosie".
This movie makes me cry many times not because it's sad but because it contains enough love and heartbreak.

This film was based on a book whith the same title but book is in the form of the letters. It's about Rossie Dunne (Lilly Colins) and her best freind Alex (Sam Claflin). They've been friends from the young age and they have a lot in common. When Alex left Dublin because of studying in USA their frienship was put to the test. They met new person and fell in love with them but it wasn't a true feeling. After 12 years they met each other on the Alex weddinng and there they were conffesing what they feel for themselves. If you want to know what happend then, whatch it!

In my opinion this film is really excellent and beautiful. You must to see this movie!

Today I'm going to tell you something about a Polish tank , from the beginning of WWII. Of course I'm talking about 7TP. Take a look : 

History:

In 1932 Vickers Armstrong delivered 50 Vickers E tanks. Poles weren't satisfied with their new tanks , straight form England , and started research on their own Tank. In 1934 first prototype was ready for field tests. In 1935 serial production of 7TP started. In 1937 Engineers made version with tank canon wz.1937 and mg wz.1930. In 1935-39 they built 132 tanks. 24 with twin turrets and machineguns in them , and 108 with 37mm canon. Twin turret tanks were made into canon versions after considering them non-progresive. In 1939 they were main battle tanks of Poland. First tanks were made with some parts of those Vickers E tanks. When Germany invaded Poland , german panzers hadn't any chances in 1v1 situation. The problem is : you need 1v1 situation. There were too many panzers. When Poland had only 132 tanks , Germany had 1190. It was 1v10 , so germans won.

Today I will show you some of my favourite places in Istambul.

Hagia Sofia building from 4 century, firstly  Christian patriarchal basilica then imperial mosque now it is the museum.

Sultan Ahmed Mosque popularly Blue Mosque, built on the order of Sultan Ahmed (1606-1616), classic pattern of Ottoman architecture.

The Topkapı Palace (Topkapı Sarayı)  for almost 400 years (1465–1856) one of the major residences of the Ottoman Sultans, in 1985  became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

My last post :(   it was really fun to write the posts on this blog. I have not expected that someone will read this, thank you sooooo much.

At this month I will show you Istambul. I've never been here but I think it's the most beautiful city in the world

Istambul is the most populous city in Turkey, over 15 million people live here. It's the largest European city, located on two continents (Europa and Asia), between the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea, historically known as Constantinople and Byzantium. Istambul was the capital city of Ottoman Empire around 470 years. The Golden Horn, in the Beyoğlu district, is the city's biggest attraction.

This is the end

I’m sad, because it’s my last post on this blog. It was fantastic time when I wrote you about games. I hope, that was interesting. So on the end I want to recommend two games, which soon have premieres. I’ll begin write about Assassin’s Creed: Origins. It will be revolution in series. Creators said it will be huge return of Assassin’s Creed. Gameplay will be in ancient Egypt. It’s surprise, because it’s unusual place in games. Probably premiere will be in October 2017. Second game is Red Dead Redemption 2. It’s sequel Red Dead Redemption. So gameplay will be on the Wild West. I wrote earlier about Red Dead Redemption so you know basic things about this game. I hope, that will be great game. Premiere will be in 2018.

Seventeen [last post]

Today I'm going to tell you about another famous kpop band. It's called Seventeen, also known as SVT.

Seventeen is a South Korean boysband formed by Pledis Entertainment in 2015.
Starting in 2013 Seventeen appeared in regular live broadcasts of a show "Seventeen TV" on the online streaming platform UStream. During broadcasts fans could watch Seventeen training in their practice room. The show had many seasons during which the trainees were introduced to the public, and probably that started creating their fame.
Seventeen debuted on 26 May 2015 with song "Adore U". Their fandom name is known as Carat.
The group is separated into three sub-units, each with different areas of specialization: a "Hip-Hop Unit", "Vocal Unit", and "Performance Unit". Name "Seventeen" can be misleading, but the band has actually thirteen members:

1.Puerto Rico

The whole area of this island is about 9100 square kilometres and 3 500 000 people live there.The capital of this place is San Juan.

2.Bonaire

The whole area of this place is 294 square kilometres and about 17 000 people live there.The capital of Bonaire is Kralendijk.Around the island is also one of the most famous part of a coral reef which is protected.

3.Curacao

The whole area of the island is 444 square kilometres and about 160 000 people live there. The capital is Willemstad which is called small Amsterdam.People say that this is an adventure island.

4.Cayman

The whole area of this place is 264 square kilometres and about 60 000 people live there.The capital of Cayman is George Town.You can find one of the most beautiful beach-Seven Mile Beach there.

5.Grenada

The whole area of this island is 349 square kilometres and about 107 000 people live there.The capital of this place is Saint George’s.There are a lot of rainforests and wild animals.
