- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
2. Broad bean dip
Ingredients
- 300 g broad beans (podded weight)
- 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
- ½ a lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- flatbreads, pitta bread or chunky bread
3. Backed sole goujons
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 450 g lemon sole fillets , skinned, from sustainable sources
- 50 g plain flour
- 2 large free-range eggs
- 1 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika
- 2 large handfuls breadcrumbs
