Breakfast!

Hi everyone, today I'll give you some good ideas for a healthy and yummy beakfast. For firt you have to remember that if you want to your body worked well you have to eat regullar and healthy!

I'll give you three ideas:
1. Banana and cinnamon porrigde.
Components:                                              

  • Rolled oats
  • Milk
  • 2 banans
  • Flacked almonds
  • Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds  
I guarantee you will be full!! You will make it in just 15 min and It's super easy.
2. Black rice pudding.
Components:

  • Black rice
  • Mango
  • Lime
  • 1 tablespoon blanched hazlenuts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Banana
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 wrinkly pasiion fruit
It's not to tricky, the time is little longer than in the firt but it's worth it!!!
3. Breakfast couscous.
Components:

  • Couscous
  • Rasins
  • Flacked almonds
  • Pine nuts
  • Shelled pistachios
  • 2-3 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 orange
  • Skimmed milk
Just 20 min and your in heven, i swear....



I hope you will like my dishes! It don't take a lond time but your full and healthy. Throw out all the fat food!!!
