Snacks!

Hello, in this post I'll give you three ideas for super snacks you can eat between meals. All of them are easy and quick to make!!
1. Berry smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 mug of frozen berrys
  • 1 mug of unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 small hanful of porrigde oats
  • 1 table spoom mixed seeds
The smoothie is yummy, I love and i hope you'll love it to.

2. Simple houmous 
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
  • 1 small clove od garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
It's great with vegetables and fresh juice, super easy!

3. Fruity frozen yogurt
Ingredients 
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 400g of mangos, plums, pears 
  • runny honey, to taste
  • 500g natural yogurt
  • 150g raspberries
Now it's cold but for hot days perfect haha
